Cable TV not operating properly. Lots of road noise. Broken towel rack. Carpet appeared dirty. No outdoor space at all.

Beautiful home

This property was brand new and absolutely beautiful. There was a shortage of towels and washcloths (no washcloths actually). Make sure you know what exactly you are reserving because pictures show rooms that are actually locked and not available without paying more to have access to those rooms. Rules were a lot more strict that most places I have stayed in through VRBO, such as no shoes allowed and must wear slippers. No washing of clothes before two days of staying, Very protective of the property, although very polite and easy to work with. There is no air conditioning in the house, but fans were provided. I could see where that might be an issue for some potential renters.

Hi Janet, Thank you for your input. I made photo correction to reflect the actual rooms for 4 bedroom reservation. The house has 7 bedrooms. But for some guests, they only need 4 bedrooms. So we lock the other 3 bedrooms for these guests enjoying the whole house at lower price. The laundry room is there and you can use washer and dryer anytime when you stay. We also provided detergent and fabric softener. no restrictions. We provided one bath towel and one hand towel for each of guests. We wish our guests can reuse the towels for multiple day stay. If you stay longer than a week, you can wash the towels in laundry room. From host

Sammamish beauty

This is a modern, spacious, well-furnished home centrally located on a quiet road in Sammamish. We had family stay there while visiting the area and they loved this home. Space was clean, everyone was comfortable, and the description matched the home. Hosts communicated during check-in and check-out, both of which were easy. I highly recommend this beautiful rental.
