サマミッシュの真ん中にある広さ半エーカーの森の中にある、4500平方フィートの新しい家の静かな空間をお楽しみください。 市内中心部、マイクロソフト、メリームーアパークへの通勤が容易です。 家族の再会や企業旅行者に最適です。

この大きな真新しい家には、14人を収容するために7つの寝室と4つの浴室があります。 メインフロアには、リビングルーム、大きなキッチン、隅、ファミリールーム、フォーマルなダイニングルーム、バスルーム、ランドリールームがあります。 2階にはマスタースイートがあります。クイーンサイズのベッドを備えた3つのベッドルームと3つのバスルームを備えた2つのシングルを備えた1つのベッドルーム。メインフロアに1ベッドルーム、バスルームが1階にある1ベッドルーム。 ペットお断り。

7室の寝室、4室の浴室、フェンスで囲まれた裏庭のある家全体をお楽しみいただけます。 レストラン、コーヒーショップ、食料品店、ドラッグストア、銀行などに非常に近いです。

The parking was on a rather steep driveway which we didn't know when we booked and had a Uhaul trailer behind us but we got it in just fine in the end. The house was wonderful, very spacious and roomy with a nice space for everyone. We were there for work for the weekend and found all the individual rooms well taken care of with comfortable beds nice at the end of a long day. Only downside while we were there was the coffee machine leaked from the bottom and we didn't notice for a while. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly as advertised and is very spacious so fit our large group well. The owner was easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to host a large group.

Firefighters Stay

We were a group of firefighters and their families in the region for the annual Firefighter Stair Climb in Seattle to benefit Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Having one location for everyone that allowed us the time to prepare as well as recover after the event was a blessing and welcomed by all! Thos location was perfect!!!

Garage is included

Really liked the house, it was nice that there were enough bedrooms for a large group as well as two different dining areas to use. The property could benefit from some more furniture and winterizing. For example one of the windows in the bedroom didn’t close and so it was very cold. The water in certain bathrooms also didn’t get warm. The parking is confusing but once we realized the garage is included that helped a lot. Perfect place to stay for a weekend work retreat.

Family wedding

We had a terrific stay at the property. There were 13 family members ( all adults) and we all fit nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious and we were able to prepare meals without jostling each other. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great location

In town for son’s wedding at Trinity Tree Farm. This house was great for all the family in town. Location was good with restaurants and stores just down the street.

Pre wedding stay

We had an outstanding experience and absolutely loved the stay in this beautiful home. 12 adults including our family and our siblings’ families stayed here for 3 days before my son’s wedding on August 5th at Hyatt. Sweet memories made with adult cousins from India and the US bonding under one roof. Location close to market was great. Strongly recommend this residence

Spacious house

Four generations were in town for a family wedding. The house is clean and properly equipped for light meals. Unfortunately the handle to access the front door was broken, so despite having the code, there was a delay in getting inside. The owner subsequently replaced the door handle and provided immediate access through the garage. One suggestion would be to provide a mirror in the bedrooms as we had trouble getting access to the bathroom mirrors with four bathrooms and so many people wanting to look their best.

Great place for a family reunion

Our 3 generation family enjoyed gathering here to celebrate our patriarch’s birthday. Plenty of room for all of us to gather together as well as room to have private visits. The downstairs room with no furniture was a great place for the kids to have balloon races & dance with their folks. Kitchen was well equipped; easy access to grocery stores for supplies. We’d stay again were we to be in the Seattle area.

Weekend with Girl Friends!

Had a lovely time at the home! Spacious enough for all 7 of us, large kitchen and family area. Enjoyed the plethora of home sandals available. It did get chilly on the 1st floor bedroom but there was a lovely heater available. Great stay!

Huge Sammamish house in old forrest area neighborhood

Family reunion brought Aunt, cousins w/ respective families from CA. Tons of room to unwind and a HUGE unfurnished but carpeted area on bottom floor for the little kids to run circles. Off the road location a few minutes from the lake, parks, shopping, restaurants, etc Superclean property, tons of rooms, easy communication. A++

Nice, big place

Very large, clean place. Host was very prompt in responding. There were some challenges in equalizing the heat on all 3 floors as happens in big houses. Plenty of parking with a 3 car garage.

Great house for a large group

I booked this house for my niece’s wedding at Trinity Tree Farm in Issaquah. It was the only one close by that had enough separate bedrooms for our family. The master & the room with the twins beds had lots of room to spread out. The other rooms were decent sized as well. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked with every thing we needed to make a nice big breakfast. The island was a great gathering place. I would definitely recommend staying here! Oh and the driveway was not that big of a deal and the garage held smaller cars nicely.

Family Reunion for Local Wedding

Overall had a great experience. The house was immaculate and very luxurious. The steep and shared driveway with the next door neighbor does make it challenging if you have large and/or many vehicles - we had to shuffle around a few times but we made it work. The property manager was very timely in responding to any messages I sent and even went and searched the home after our stay for a lost piece of jewelry owned by one of our guests. Thank you!
