The kitchen is large, newly remodeled, and fully equipped with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table sits six people comfortably, with room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access and underground parking. The complex clubhouse features a swimming pool and hot tubs.
