Good neighborhood, poor maintenance

First, this property is located very close to all of the Disney attractions. The community itself is quite nice and easy to find. The cleanliness inside the property, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The upstairs master bedroom had dirty sheets from previous renters, the coffee pot had old coffee and filter in it, some of the dishes were not clean that had been put away. In addition, we woke up to a large roach in the downstairs master bedroom. As you can imagine these things had a tremendous negative impact on our a week long vacation. We will seriously consider whether or not to rent through VRBO again. I have pictures to document my concerns.

Nice house

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few little hiccups- the air conditioning did not work in the game room, which we called the management team. No one came. A few wishes: we were unaware that the pool was not heated and the back yard did not have a grill. Despite those two minor incidentals, the house is large, clean and suited our weekend needs.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This home was big Brite beautiful huge rooms the pool an hot tub was amazing... Beds were comfortable Only thing wrong is we didn't request a grill the neighborhood was gorgeous

Nice, comfortable home w/ beautiful pool and spa

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here! We played pool, air hockey, and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. We did pay extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra cost. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels for everyone. We did have an issue checking in. After driving for twelve hours, our passcode worked and unlocked the door, but someone had locked the the safety lock on the inside and we weren’t able to get in. When I called to inform them of this situation we were told, without any apology, that it would be an hour before someone could unlock the door. But that was the only issue we had. I would stay here again and recommend this home to our friends.

Excellent stay!

I normally vacation in Kissimmee every year at another resort, this was my first time here and I must say the house was very beautiful and clean. The property manger responded adequately as I had to request for an extended night, she was very understanding and accommodating. I give this house a 5+ star. See you next year and thanks for your services!!

Family Vacation

The overall cleanliness of the property was very good, with the exception of some really dirty dishes. Whoever cleans this place did not take out the trash the day before we arrived therefore there was an extreme amount of flies inside & outside the house . The trash outside the home was eventually crawling with maggots - EW! REALLY APPRECIATED ALL THE BABY EQUIPMENT FOR MY INFANT! I would recommend this home for families ! Very spacious almost every room has its own bathroom

Beautiful House, Poorly Managed, Many Innacuracies in Description

First, the positives. 1. Easy drive from the Orlando Airport. Very easy drive to Disney. 2. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and groceries nearby. 3. Beautiful House, with great furniture. Very comfortable and spacious. 4. Very safe gated community with very friendly neighbors. 5. The crib is very convenient if you have a baby, though it's in view of the bed in the same room. 6. Pool was nice and big. The negatives 1. NO INTERNET!!! We expected (and were told by the management company) that there was wifi. We discovered when we arrived that there wasn't wifi. I called the management company on Friday. They responded to me on Monday with a "restart it, and if that doesn't work, someone can come out tomorrow." We were leaving on Wednessay. 2. That's not a hot tub in the pictures, and the pool isn't heated. Quite cold in fact. To heat it, they wanted to charge us an extra $50 per day. 3. This isn't a complaint but a heads up - my wife was added as a driver (they only let authorized drivers into the neighborhood), but had trouble getting in. And the management company didn't have use listed as tenants with the HOA/Security service so I couldn't call in and let her in. Very tricky. 4. The management company is non-existent on weekends, so if you have a problem, you're on your own. 5. The house had very little of the traditional rental accomodations. No salter or pepper, let alone spices or condiments. Just 1 Dishwasher pod. Very little soap. No paper towels. We had to do a serious grocery and home goods run just to be able to live normally. 6. The TV has one hdmi port and it didn't function properly. 7. The crib didn't have bedding, and we had to bring our own. Over all, though the house was nice, We would not rent here again. Nor with any house managed by this company, VillaDirect Vacation Homes. They get zero stars. The house by itself would have received 5 stars. If this were my house, I would fire this management company.

Perfect Disney House!

This was a fantastic property and has so much space! It is so nicely laid out so that many in the house can feel like you have your own space. Two families could EASILY share the space. The pool area was perfect and was well worth the money to heat the pool. We swam EVERY day. Loved eating breakfast out by the pool too! It is literally 10 min to the Magic Kingdom parking area. We would recommend parking at this area for Epcot as well and taking the monorail in. Much faster! The neighborhood is very safe and has a great "loop" if you like a walk or run in the am. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely rent again!!

Great house close to Disney parks

The house was perfect for our group of 7, ages 6 - 69. House was clean with plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Pool/spa and lanai was great. We paid extra for heated pool and mid-week it felt like the heat was off. The management company responded quickly to fix the problem. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby.
