1 king size bed in master bedroom. 1 king size bed in downstairs bedroom. 1 Queen 1 full size bed in upstairs bedroom. 2 kids rooms one with a full bed and the other with one full bed and one twin bed. Front and back porches are a great hang out place. Play a game of volleyball in the backyard and jump in the pool to cool off. Please note the slide was removed due to liability reasons. The house comes equipped with a fantastic kitchen and two TV rooms. Beach chairs, umbrella and 2 kayaks are provided. Washer and dryer on the premises. The house was recently refurbished and has been furnished with high quality furnishings. A private beach cross over leads you to your private secluded beach step away from the back porch.

Spectacular Florida Beach House!

The house has EVERYTHING you need for your extended stay. We had no need to go anywhere else during our stay with the options of using the pool or going to the beach everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for family vaca

Our week at this beautiful home was great. The location right on the ocean was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Of course if you need something from store that is at least a 20 minute drive but that is the price you pay for secluded. The kitchen has everything you needed and more. We had fabulous weather except for one day and then the puzzles and television were put to good use. I highly recommend this home. Owner was easy to work with.

Beach House

Our stay was amazing. We also left a note in Alex’s book. It was wonderful to read all the great memories families have made since 2015 at this beautiful property. Wonderful quiet family getaway

Everyone in the family (including 16 and 17 year old boys !) agrees that this is the best beach house we ever stayed in. And we have been going to the beach every summer for as long as I can remember. If you love nature and uncrowded beaches, this is the place! The house has a wonderful kitchen, with every pot or pan you would ever need, The views from the front porch, back porch, and upstairs deck are beautiful. We will come again for sure!

Family Vacation — Success

This is the perfect place to bring your family. Steps away from the beach and a pool. Just bring your baby gate. The spiral staircase isn’t ideal for toddlers. The kitchen was excellent. The grill worked beautifully. Quiet residential beach was ideal and the added bonus was watching the sea turtles’ nesting. If you are looking for a laid back beach trip — this is the place for you.

Large family trip

This house was great for our extended family. We had plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The beach was amazing. We had it all to ourselves and we spent everyday in the pool as well. This house was very clean and very well stocked to accommodate large groups of people. Highly recommend!

A True hidden gem!

My family has been vacationing in the Melbourne Beach area for almost 20 years. I don’t know how we hadn’t found this home before now! It has everything you could wish for. The firepit, outdoor shower, and pool were huge benefits. The kitchen is to die for with 2 ovens and 2 sinks. Who wants to cook on vacation, but this kitchen made it a breeze to heat up the food we brought. The only things to think about are: 1) The stairs to get to the second floor, where the majority of the bedrooms are, is a steep spiral staircase. There is an outdoor staircase up to the balcony where you can enter through sliding doors. This wasn’t a problem, but if you’re unsteady, it’s just something to consider. 2) The home is right next to another rental. It was not a problem for us, although on our last evening, the neighbors were playing football into our back yard, lol. Our stay was very peaceful overall! But you will be sharing the beach with whoever is staying there. Take some bug spray for the no see-ums. That’s just the beach in Florida, folks. The yard is fabulous, though! We played volleyball and relaxed in the hammocks. The entire home was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. No one wanted to leave! Truly a wonderful place to stay and we definitely want to go back!

Amazing beach house!

We have rented places on the beach for a lot of years and this is hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in. The appliances are top notch, the house is well-stocked with everything you could need to make dinner. There were plenty of beach towels too!! There were 8 of us and there was still PLENTY of room. The upstairs living room was our favorite!! The owners were amazing, and had great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation!! You won’t be sorry!!

Truly a home away from home

I've been staying at VRBO's for the last 10 years and have never stayed at one that felt like home as much as this one did. Kitchen super well stocked, spices galore and tons of toilet paper and paper towels, a beautiful front yard that felt like it was a tropical island, and a well cared about feeling. This is truly an owner's home that they let us all "borrow" for ourselves. All of the pictures you see are truly what the home looks like. The price is even a fair price for the area. Owner very responsive but we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Home Away From Home

We stayed at Alex's place for a month and had everything we needed to work and play in this stunning location. One of the best hosts we've ever had. Very responsive and organized. The house was well stocked and up-to-date. No complaints. We would love to visit again!

Great private location!

Great location and the private beach is awesome! Just recommend putting some more comfortable outdoor seating for lounging over just the plastic chairs and some actual beach chairs to bring to the beach. Had a great time :)

Paradise

If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is it. We’ve traveled all over Florida and never come across a place this private. The only ppl with access to the beach are the neighboring properties. I probably didn’t see more the 20-30 ppl on the beach the whole time. The house is just as it’s says. The kitchen was fully setup even down to the spices. It was a great time for our family. Also the owner response interaction was great and very prompt.

Spacious waterfront beach bliss

I came with my in-laws, spouse & 3 children ages 4 & under. There was plenty of room, all the bedrooms had comfortable beds & fresh linens. We loved the variety of spices & appliances available which made cooking a breeze. The privacy was wonderful and the private beach was clean, easily accessible, & beautiful. Would absolute come back & recommend.

Fantastic View

We loved our stay here. The house is nice and well stocked. The owner communicated with me to ensure our stay was great. The spiral staircase could be an issue for some but there is another staircase outside. The worst part for us was the noseeums but as with many parts of nature, you have to take measures to protect yourself. Orlando is less than an hour and a half away. The veiw is phenomenal. We got to see the seaturtles nesting. They came up each night. We even got to see a baby seaturtle journey from nest to sea. We made lots of lasting memories.

5-Star Beach House

Great beach vacation home, on a large lot that included a beautiful salt-water pool. House was comfortable although the spiral staircase to upper floor was challenging for some. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to prepare many meals during our visit. The best thing was all of the turtles that came up to build nests and lay eggs every night. We even saw newly hatched baby turtles making their way into the ocean.

Amazing Trip

We had such a wonderful week. We met a lot of locals who were so welcoming and full of info. We enjoyed going to the shipwreck museum, the turtle nature center, watching the turtles on the beach, wave riding, kayaking, skipper ball, volleyball. It was a great time. We will be back. We loved the house. We made all meals at home except one the entire week. We had everything we needed!

Currently living in Miami. Born in France and well travelled. Hobbies include fishing, surfing, skateboarding snow skiing, guitar playing and hot rod building. Married with 3 beautiful kids (16, 21 and 23) who grew up on the beach outback.

Ocean front properties are hard to come by. New construction is limited and those homes that have been grandfathered in are a great opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The area is safe and a great place for kids to enjoy some freedom. The surfing is some of the best along the Florida coastline and numerous skateboarding parks are operating near buy. Orlando is only 1.5 hour away which gave a young family such as ours the opportunity to enjoy the area theme and water parks. The house is a great escape from our busy lives in Miami
