The third bedroom boasts unrivaled city views and sleeps either two twin beds or a king size trundle bed.
You can also enter the home from the secure, oversized garage entrance. The large hallway has adjacent access for both the guest and third bedrooms to another beautifully Mexican tiled full bath and shower. The laundry utility room and linen closets share the hallway as well.
This precious property with gorgeous views from every room is not to be missed. It truly is a desert jewel.

The Best Rental Experience Ever!! location, host, views house can't be beat.
First, Margery the host is over the top amazing. The house is beautiful and there has been such attention to detail as far as supplying what might be needed. The views from the house and wrap around porch are gorgeous. There are so many options for outdoor seating that take advantage of the views during different times of day. The is by far the best rental experience we have had, and we have had many over the years. i can't imagine staying with anyone but Margery in our future visits to Tuscan.

The view was spectacular!
We stayed here for Christmas and New Years. It was the perfect gathering space for my family and in laws (who in Tucson). The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in my VRBO experiences and it was super easy to cook Christmas dinner as well as New Years Eve dinner for 10 people. The round dining table was large enough to fit us all and a great game table. Margery was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we need. And definitely one of the best views in town! We had a front row view for every sunset with the downtown in the distance and mountains all around. It was amazing! We really enjoyed every minute and highly HIGHLY recommend this home!! Thanks Margery!

Our home away from home
Margery’s house is the most welcoming, comfortable, well-provisioned and enjoyable that we have ever rented. You can tell that the house is owned by someone who loves it. 5244 Fort Yuma Trail North sits on top of a ridge with a 270 degree view. From the main rooms we have enjoyed a sunset almost every night over the western mountain ranges. At night we see the lights of Tucson. The house is uniquely full of color and art. Even after a month, I notice art objects that I had not taken the time to study before. We have never had a rental house this well stocked. Margery has anticipated every need. For example, there are 2 sets of washers and driers, 5 complete sets of table place mats, ordinary dishes and finer china, more cooking implements and cookware than we have at home, and a pantry with all the spices and cooking staples we have in our home. It is almost as though a good friend has invited us to stay in her home while she is away for a while. The neighbors are interesting. We regularly see javelinas, roadrunners, quail, and all sorts of other birds. At night we hear the chorus of coyotes. We were very lucky to be visited one evening by the neighborhood bobcat. The house eaves and plentiful garden furniture allow us to sit in the sun or the shade whatever the time of day. Margery has been totally responsive to the few items we have asked her about, and, because of her forethought, we had few questions. We have loved our stay.

A true desert gem
This was the best stay we have ever had in a vrbo. Margery was an amazing host, who brought an attention to detail, and flowers, for our stay. Everything we could possibly need was already in the house and it truly felt like home from the moment we checked in. The house itself is spectacular. The views cannot be beat, the outdoor areas are perfect for a relaxing, peaceful stay, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is just a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants, and amazingly close to some of the best hiking trails in and around Tucson. This house exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely be back again.
