This place was a mixture good in some ways, not so good in others, not really suitable for older people outside ground uneven trips hazzards . The unit itself kitchen great lounge bedrooms fine but bathroom ,laundry and toilets old laundry cupboard not clean, shower you were lucky to get wet in it.heating inadequate no cooling no wifi .

Perfect little place

A great location with absolutely gorgeous views. Very comfortable two bedroom villa which we would love to return to! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Merimbula Stay

We (my mother & I) recently spent 4 nights at 5/13 Short Street. It was quite central to everything (although that hill is a doozy)!! The unit was very well equipped, including electric blankets on the beds - necessary for this time of the year on the far South Coast. We did have an issue with a fuse blowing one evening (leaving us with lights but no power) but this was rectified relatively quickly, especially for a Friday night. My favourite thing was having meals looking out over the river and ocean from the fabulous floor to ceiling glass windows. Definitely a place to consider if heading to Merimbula.

Good but needs work

Was good however the unit is showing its age. There was a mouse living behind the stove also the shower door had come of its rails. As the state of the door was dangerous I took the time to put it back on the rails and lubricated the roller wheels.It is running better now but may need some attention in the future.
