Watch the waves roll in and the dolphins play from your second story deck. Drink your morning coffee and watch the sun rise from the covered side or sit back and relax on the sunny side. You are right on the beach so why not catch your supper and cook it on the park style grill! There is a shared gazebo located beachfront for guests. Great place to enjoy sunsets and visiting with other guests!

The 4 condo complex is in a great location on the east end. Not far from the state park and close to shopping and restaurants. The condo is equipped with some updated appliances, including a washer and dryer. The living area and kitchen is open concept. The living room has a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating and a big screen television. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds . The second bathroom is accessed from the hallway. PLEASE NOTE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY! Pets are not allowed on furniture unless properly covered with cover supplied in condo if not used you will possibly have extra fees taken out of security deposit. THANK YOU!

The only thing that I can say was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs. So we drove 900 miles and had to purchase both. The screen on the back door off the master bedroom was on backwards. Jenny was awesome though and answered all our questions.

Perfect Paradise

Fabulous! This place is in a perfect location. The beach access is so easyā€¦ the views are amazingā€¦the condo is clean and has everything we needed. We loved the perfect view of the ocean sitting at the breakfast table every morning. the manager is always just a phone call away and is ā€œJohnny on the spotā€ to help in any way. We canā€™t wait to go back and we will be staying in number 4.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and SGI! Very accommodating on check-in and Jenny did an awesome job with communication. We and our fur-babies hope to come back in the near future (hopefully during wamer weather).

Right on the beach!!

Sit on the deck and feel like you are on the beach! Quiet area. Friendly neighbors. Excellent communication. Outside hose and shower to clean up before going back to condo. Felt like we had a private beach since the condo units are not high rise. Great rental for the price!! ā˜€ļøšŸ–ļøšŸļøšŸŒŠ

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautiful and quiet, not many people which was very nice! Jennifer was the sweetest and answered all my questions and provided many suggestions of places to try while there! She was like family, so kind and helpful in every way! Will definitely be back! Loved the condo, it was right on the beach. One of the best family vacations!

Older property, more cottage like then other places, and it could use some updates, however it was clean and the location was great. It was a mile from the shops and fantastic beach access. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. It could use some more pots/pans for cooking. Remember to bring your own spices, coffee filters, laundry and additional dishwasher pods(2 were provided).

Perfect location right on beach

We loved the locationā€¦1.5 mile walk to town center, 3 miles or so to the state park. The condo had nice appliances, but the pots and pans are mostly worn and warped. I would bring my own next time, especially since we ate in all nights but one. Tableware and utensils are somewhat limited. Bring your own salt and pepper and round coffee filters. As is the culture in some locations, only TP and dish detergent were provided. There is no screen on the big room door, and some of the windows are clouded and/or donā€™t open. This was not a problem for us, because we live mostly outdoors.

A lovely, quiet place right on the beach. Condo was comfy and well equipped. Perfect for those of us who like to bring our pooch along. Beach is beautiful and dog friendly. Very relaxing place to spend some quiet time. Wonderful places to eat nearby. We will be back!

Small but plenty of room for 2 people. I would have preferred the washer and dryer inside the unit rather than located outside. Nice kitchen with large refrigerator. Great water pressure in the showder.

Sunny days in SGI

Jenny does a great job making sure that you are satisfied. (She also managed our previous beach rental and she is very friendly and accessible. The condo was well-stocked and had a comfortable furniture. (We only used the king size bed.) The kitchen has updated appliances and just got a new countertop. We enjoyed that the deck was so large and half-shaded. Also, we liked that we could access the beach from the back glass doors. Since you are right on the beach, you have easy access. There is a hose under the desk for rinsing. This condo is about a mile from the business section and 3 miles from the state park. So, it's a great location. Also, there are some resident neighbors who are friendly. We would stay here again.

St. George

The view is perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Nice size deck. The property manager is prompt and helpful with any issues. The laundry area is not actually in the unit but right outside the unit and you don't have a designated parking spot which isn't stated anywhere in the description and is a problem when you're arriving with all your stuff and when you're departing. I mean anyone can park in the few spots that are there. This can be simply fixed by putting a sign that says parking for unit 1. unit 2 unit 3 unit 4.? We did always have a spot right across the street. Overall it worked for us. The bathrooms are pretty tight and need updating but it was clean. Master bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. We stayed for 2 weeks and there were extra trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap which was helpful.

Hello! We are Jan and Campbell Forrer from Fitzpatrick, Alabama. We have been coming to SGI since 2010. . We have been bringing our immediate family and now sons-in-law and grandchildren! SGI is great for families. It is slow paced and casual as it can be. Campbell and I come several times a year and the size of the condo is perfect for us. If our entire family comes, we will have to rent one of the other condos and it will be just right! We love to fish off the beach and at the state park which is close by. We have chartered fishing trips in shore and deep sea and have caught fish each time! We have stayed at Island Club condos twice before purchasing Island Club #4. We love the size of the condo and it proximity to the beach. We enjoy the views from the deck and the sound of the waves. Y'all Come!

This property is beachfront and is on the second floor of a 4 condo complex. It has great views and is only steps to the gulf! The living area is open concept and comfortably furnished. We installed new kitchen cabinets and countertops in 2022. We have a new range and dishwasher as well. Bathrooms have had a few updates. Interior was painted December 2024. The condo is near the state park, restaurants, and grocery stores.
