Overall the condo was what we needed. There were some maintenance items I felt should be addressed but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch.

Great accommodations, we were very comfortable with the nice furnishings. We really enjoyed the beach view from the balcony. The location is just steps away from the beach, very nice beach - well maintained. Nearby there are so many excellent food options and the host made perfect recommendations for fine dining. In addition to daily activities, we found a beautiful place to have a spa day and also enjoyed a boat ride from Orange Beach. We'll definitely be back, we had a very relaxing stay.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was overall very clean. Both of the bedrooms have king mattress which were very comfortable.The view from the balcony was amazing with a 4 chair table and 2 lounge chairs.I was the unit had included a beach set up for the unit. That is the guess responsibility.I would recommend this unit.

4th of July Family/Friend trip

This was our first stay in the Island Royale building- our 2 bed/2 bath condo was perfect for our family of 4. We made it home for 6 nights! The unit was clean, all of the appliances and amenities worked without issue, and accessing the beach was easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous stay!

We had a great time in this condo. It was so clean and the beds were more comfy than home! Everything we needed was right there. Beach access was easy and we loved chatting with Joe the security guard each time we walked outside.

Excellent Stay

We have been to Gulf Shores five times now and stayed at this location twice. We find it to be very clean, comfortable and a great place to spend a week. Jason is always great at communicating if we should need anything. We will surely be back!
