Cute, Cozy & Comfortable Cottage Conveniently Located In The Heart Of Town.

Immaculate & well furnished cottage is cozy & comfortable. The two queen mattresses were chosen to provide luxury slumber. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning wake up time. Also provided is a drip coffee maker for those of you that like to choose your strength beyons a pod.
A laundry room with washer & dryer with supplies. The driveway has space for several vehicles. Located in the heart of town, so only a short walk to the beach, marina, restaurants, & shopping.
Rate is based on 2 persons. Additional guest is $20 per person, per night.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather all used towels and bedsheets, and place in the laundry room. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it. Rember to leave the keys, take out trash, and turn lights out.
Remove trash. On Sunday evenings, place the outdoor trash bins at the edge of the street with the opening facing the street. Check the trash pick up schedule hanging on side of fridge.
Some of the holidays that are on Monday, will change the pick up for Tuesday mornings. The schedule lists those holidays that are on Tuesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NOT OPIONAL: Please do not place anything other than bathroom tissue in the toilet or the plumbing will clog and make the home unavailble.

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. This was my first time using Vrbo. The property is just like the photos. It is super clean, well setup, comfortable and in a perfect location. Everything we needed for a amazing stay.

A cute little place with comfortable beds and seating areas and air purifiers/fans in each living space. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom too. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Definitely will be staying again should we head back to Oak Harbor.

We came for a nice anniversary getaway with our toddler and found a lovely home away from home. (So much so that we began comparing it to the way we want our own home to be. )Pros:- host was responsive and friendly (over text at least)- central location for north Whidbey activities- cozy home for lazy day or home base for adventuresCon:- small dining area (accommodate up to three comfortably)Notes:- no AC- lots of glass decorations to remove from toddler's reach- shower controls are not intuitiveHard to return home after such a lovely time.

Not that this matters….House needs updating. Appliances, outdated spices, worn pans, furniture, carpet etc…Closets and garage used for storage. Bathroom etc….was dirty upon arrival. Need a new cleaning crew. You are still charged a cleaning fee and have to strip the beds you sleep in? It did serve the purpose and could have been worse. We made the best of it.

Peaceful cottage at the sea!

I can't recommend this cottage highly enough! It was peaceful, thirty seconds from the sea, walking distance to good food and parks. The owner was very helpful and kind. Great place to stay!

This is an absolutely charming place to stay near downtown Oak Harbor. Small in size but it never felt that way - spacious bedrooms (the beds are quite high which is a bit challenging for a short person like me), and the kitchen and common areas are great. Beautifully renovated, clean, cozy! Geri was very responsive when we had a few challenges. Definitely would stay here again.

There has been careful consideration in the provisions of comfort, from the luxury mattresses to the well equipped kitchen, & all the benefits of home. Being only a few minutes away also provides a quick reply should anyone have a need for something we may have overlooked. Our goal is to make our guests have a comfortable, relaxing, & enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property

This is one of several properties we have purchased over the years. The main consideration of this particular property was because of the location which is so convenient to all the downtown festivities & amenities. Besides the "cottage cuteness" it is only a couple of blocks to the beginning of our city walking trails, the marina, college, library, beach walking, as well as the local restaurants & shopping.

What makes this property unique

We chose this home not only because it is a home we would enjoy retiring in but because when we do, we will be within walking distance to our downtown area.
