Notre condo Oceanwalk de 2 chambres à coucher avec 2 salles de bains a un grand plan d’étage de 1480 pieds carrés et est situé en face de la zone de plage sud interdite aux voitures de New Smyrna Beach en Floride. Notre unité au deuxième étage présente un style contemporain, des chambres surdimensionnées avec télévision à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Vous trouverez une chambre principale spacieuse avec un lit king size et une salle de bain principale luxueuse avec un bain à remous. Grande chambre d'amis avec lit Queen et salle de bain pratique pour les enfants. Un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans notre salon peut accueillir 2 personnes de plus. Carrelage dans le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, la buanderie, etc.

Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisson. Beaucoup de serviettes et tous les draps sont fournis. Nous avons même un chariot de plage, des chaises et des serviettes de plage pour votre usage.

Oceanwalk Resort comme commodités comprennent des entrées gated, ainsi qu'un parking couvert dans un garage fermé sécurisé. Vous trouverez également sur place une salle de sport, des saunas, deux piscines chauffées en saison avec bains à remous, un spa à sec près de la piscine, un terrain de pétanque, deux courts de tennis éclairés, deux courts de jeu de palets, un panier de basket-ball, des barbecues au gaz au bord de la piscine et l'utilisation gratuite du deux beaux pavillons. Vous pouvez également vous asseoir et profiter d'une vue isolée sur l'estuaire de l'Indian River depuis notre grand balcon ou faire une longue promenade dans la réserve naturelle.

Oceanwalk est situé à proximité des attractions mondialement connues de la Floride centrale. Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World et Universal Studios sont à un peu plus d'1 heure de route. Daytona se trouve à seulement 20 minutes de route au nord, avec son passionnant International Speedway et ses activités prisées telles que la semaine du vélo.

Very clean property and spacious! WouldDef stay again. Check in communication email was spot on. Had just about everything we needed. Could maybe suggest some hooks for towels and beach towels, etc and maybe a full length mirror. Back patio door was also not secure with safety bar.

Everything you could want close at hand

First time stay at Ocean Walk. The property is like a resort with two pools, a hot tub, sauna, and gym. Owners graciously provided everything we could possibly have wanted. The condo is nicely-furnished and not over-full with oversized things as many are.

Five star experience

Great communication with the owner. They even went above and beyond by checking how many chairs and boogie boards were there as we brought 4 of our teenagers. Location within an easy walk to the beach. Place was clean with plenty of room for a larger family.

We aim to please. I usually re-stock the beach closet twice a year, so items vary depending on what guests break. Boogie boards are one of the items that break easily. I usually buy them on sale during the off season and then drive a load of stuff down instead of spending a ton of money to ship boogie boards. All that to say the items in the beach closet vary.

Stunning property for your NSB vacation

We loved every minute of our stay and plan to come back and stay longer next time. The property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pools, hot tub, and sauna. It is a short walk across the street to the beach and the host has everything there that you would need for a beach day. My kids were thrilled with all of the beach toys. They really have thought of everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The host is also very responsive. I reached out a couple of times throughout our stay and got a response within minutes. We will be back!

The unit property the condo is in was amazing! The property was incredible, well manicured, quick walk to the beach and awesome pools. The host leaving you toys for the kids, chairs and coolers for the beach was also wonderful! Beds were comfy (excluding the pull out couch).unit came with all necessities needed. Only suggestion is to get the cleaner to clean under the couch cushions and tables as we had lots of crumbs when we pulled out the couch.’ Overall hosts were great and the unit and property were awesome! Would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect for an easy family vacation; all necessary details for a beach getaway provided.

Clean, bright, open floor plan make it a nice space to return to after the beach or pools/other amenities on the property. We had a minor hiccup when we first arrived, and I wouldn't even mention it, but wanted to highlight that the owner immediately responded, got through to the property management, and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We would most definitely stay here again. There were no worries with the property and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Both the owner and management team understand the needs of those seeking an easy, carefree get away. Thank you!

Family celebrations

Loved the unit. The entry code lock was somewhat frustrating. Everything else was great. Could not get in the door to the unit. Talked with just. He helped us a lot. Probably should get those videos out a couple days before arrival. The unit is very nice and totally furnished. We love the unit.

Relaxing in New Smyrna Beach

The condo is on the second floor. There's no elevator but that wasn't a problem. The car garage is secure and right under the condo. You need to enter a code to get onto the property, another level of security. The condo was well equipped with all the cookwear we needed, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was also beach gear, like folding chairs, umbrella and toys for kids.The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. There was an west-facing outdoor balcony you could sit on and look at the palms. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful and clean. It's a short drive south to the Canaveral National Seashore, where the beaches are less crowded (but no lifeguards in the CNS.) Grocery stores, restaurants, and an AMC theater are all within easy driving distance. I found that the owners were very quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

There is a large elevator located by the mail room in the parking garage. It is labeled and easy to find by reading the signage. There are also luggage carts for guests to use from the garage to the condo that fit in the elevator. Thank you!

New Symrna Stay

We loved this property! The community was awesome, the place was clean and spacious! The place came with everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of towels. A great place for a family to stay! Spacious unit

Condo is even better than the pictures. So much space- huge walk in closets in both bedrooms. Balcony is amazing. Walk to beach took 7 minutes. Ocean Walk Property was well maintained. We would recommend and we actually hope to boom there again!

Originally, my husband and I were looking for an investment property in south Florida. After visiting the Daytona Beach Shores area, we really enjoyed the family friendly, quiet atmosphere of New Smyrna Beach. The proximity to central Florida and Orlando made it a wonderful location for us! OceanWalk reminded us of a resort we used to visit in Kona, Hawaii (without the cost!) so we named the condo Honu Hideaway. Honu means turtle in Hawaiian. It's our little slice of Hawaii in Florida. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Close to Kennedy Space Center, Disney and Orlando attractions. Quiet. None of the craziness like at southern Florida beaches and no red tide like the gulf beaches. It's really the perfect Florida location!
