La casa principal de la villa tiene 5 dormitorios y 6 baños. Cada habitación es espaciosa, bien equipada y tiene su propio baño completo con ducha o bañera / ducha. La suite principal es de 1200 pies cuadrados y tiene una bañera con patas y ducha separada, lavabos dobles y vestidor.
La cocina es un sueño de los cocineros. La isla de granito es enorme y es una excelente área para preparar comidas con la familia. La reserva incluye el garaje para 2 autos y el uso del jacuzzi, la piscina, el área de baloncesto y un amplio estacionamiento.
Atendemos a los ciclistas y facilitamos el almacenamiento seguro de sus bicicletas. ¡Y muchas razas se originan en nuestra calle!

Our own private hotel!

We stayed at Villa Chico for a Chico State Alumni reunion. We were a party of 11 and Villa Chico was perfect! It was like having our own private hotel with the individual bedrooms and bathrooms but with plenty of space for reminiscing, cooking and eating together. We loved the story of the property and all the amenities. Gabby was great to work with. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Graduation Weekend 2019

This is an absolutely amazing house and property. Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles were all able to enjoy this wonderful house for three nights while we celebrated my daughter’s college graduation. Gabby has quite a gem with this house and location. The booking, check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. If you have the opportunity to book this house, do it! You will enjoy everything about it. Tom L.

Great property for large group

A group of 10 Chico State alumni came up to celebrate Alpha Chi’s 100th Anniversary. This property was perfect. It was spacious, clean, close to downtown and very comfortable. With 5 bedrooms and 5+ bathrooms we had more than enough space. Thank you Gabby for everything you did to make our stay enjoyable!

Spacious! Perfect for a family like ours. We were at max capacity but never felt the squeeze.

We came up to throw a surprise 80th Birthday for my grandpa who lives in the area. His kids, grandkids and great-grandkids were all able to come up. We fell in love with the Villa! It is a great house for a multi-family vacation. Never once did we feel crammed. Each room had its own bathroom. The Master bedroom was HUGE!! We enjoyed the pool and spa - towels were provided. We also enjoyed the BBQ and put it to work with 4 tri-tips and a bunch of hot links. Another hit was the ping pong table! There is plenty of parking. It is centrally located to gas, grocery and restaurants. My only complaints were a)the fridge/freezer never got real cold - however, we had filled it to its capacity, b)it was HOT - we were there in the middle of summer, no central AC but each room had its own AC unit, the downstairs could use another unit and lastly, c)the upstairs hallway smelled a bit - could have been because the house had been closed up and the heat didn't help much, I would recommend bringing a diffuser with some essential oils or whatever type of air freshener you prefer. Overall, the cons didn't even come close to outweighing the pros! Our family had the time of our life and we built memories to last a lifetime!

Awesome house in Chico!

Gabby took great care of us! Check in and check out was a breeze. The property is HUGE and it was perfect for my friends and family for a weekend celebration. The location is centrally located in Chico to many awesome restaurants. Definitely highly recommended if you're looking for a place in Chico.

Better than the photos!

We rented this property for our daughter's graduation. It is perfect for everyone to have their own space, with a bathroom in every room, and the kitchen/living area is wonderful for a get together! The pictures do not do the house justice! The family had so much fun swimming and playing basketball. If there is a downside, the pool is not heated...for the adults, it was chilly, but the kids didn't mind at all and had the hot tub to warm up in! Gabby was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any of our questions. If any of our other kids end up at Chico State, we would definitely rent again!

Perfect for Grad Weekend!

This was the perfect gathering place for all of our family to meet for graduation. We were able to spend time as a family and enjoy the "Chico Experience". The house was well appointed and large enough for everyone to have their own space. So much better than hotel rooms and eating out every night. The pool and ping pong tables were a hit!

Great group house for Chico area!

This is an awesome house! All the amenities you could wish for: pool, hot tub, big screen TV, ensuite bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, safe environment for kiddie-winks, super large kitchen... We stay here every year and have a great time. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to bask in the quiet feel of the country - woken by the chirping of beautiful bird song!

It was like renting our own HOTEL!

Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own full bathroom. We loved that! Everything is new and modern and yet the buliding and the property had this great history! The kitchen is beautiful and was great for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool! It was really nice having the garage as we brought kayaks for the Sac. Loved how clean and clutter free the house was....not like other VRBOS we've rented. It was truly like a hotel. This is going to be a hard one to beat for our next family reunion!

CYCLING TRIP

As a team we wanted to do some training and cycling in Chico. The house was a great fit for us. There was 14 of us in total, so we also rented the Back Suite. The House was amazing and the garage was huge! Gabby is great to work with! Really clean and great location. Thanks again!

Bike Race HQ

My friends/teammates headed up to Chico for the Chico Stage Race and wanted a house that would sleep 8 of us and had enough space for us to store bikes, gear and was generally comfortable and close to the race courses. The house was amazing, spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed, and Gabby was a great host. We will definitely be back next year, thank you!

Alumni weekend

My friends and I decided to go big and rent the big house for an Alumni event at Chico State. We had a great time! It was great to get together and have our own private bedrooms with private bath. We loved the house. We played ping pong and went in the jacuzzi. The house is more like a luxury hotel. We were pretty blown away! We also planned a private luncheon for our Alumni event. That worked out really well for us. We're already talking about next year...renting the entire house with the Suites. They look really nice too. What a great piece of history in Chico. Thanks again!!

As Alumni of Chico State we fell in love with this property and its long and interesting history in Chico. As fellow travelers we wanted to share this property and give people a chance to experience a hidden piece of Chico.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property was originally built for the Fraternity Lambda Pi. It housed 50 pledges and had a dance hall, library and pool in the shape of the Greek letter Lambda. The house is also in the shape of an L for Lambda. The Fraternity has long since moved near campus but former Lamda Pi Alumni often stop by to reminisce about the old Frat House days... We hope to share it with family, fellow travelers, and Chico State Alumni.

This property is Town and Country living at its finest. It's nestled in the Almond Orchards with a very country feel. And yet Chico State Campus and Downtown Chico are only a short ride or quiet walk away. This house is truly unique from the pool deck to the basketball court and ping pong this will be one of the most memorable, fun and comfortable places your family has ever stayed! Less than a mile from Campus and Downtown!
