A one-of-a-kind property located downtown near Chico
State, amazing restaurants and across from beautiful Bidwell Park. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the pool then head across the street for a walk in the park!

Enjoy three cozy bedrooms, two rooms with queen beds and one room with full size bed. Single futon can also be used if needed.
No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property and music should be kept at a respectful volume.
Outdoor music quiet by 10pm.

Fabuous location. Fabulous sitting areas in both the back yard and front porch. Great pool with built in shallow places to sit and relax. We truly enjoyed every moment with our family. A great jewel of a place if you want to homey feel.

A perfect place to stay!

This property was very clean, but also super warm and welcoming. It is also just a beautiful home with a lot of charm and very unique. Our young kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub while we relaxed with an icy beverage on the pool chairs. The location is fantastic, too. We loved looking at the trees and bird watching and eating dinner outside in the yard. I have already recommended this vrbo to several friends and can’t wait to stay here again someday.

My husband and I both grew up in this amazing town. We met and junior high, have stayed connected through the years and reconnecting in our 20s. We have raised our three children in this home, making lots of fun, family memories here.

Our historic craftsman home is in the center of all things, Chico. Beautiful Bidwell park is directly across the street, downtown shopping, restaurants and Chico State University are a few blocks away.

Gorgeous Meriam Park is just a short drive.

What makes this property unique

What makes our home unique is the walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and of course, walking or hiking in our beautiful park across the street. Our outdoor entertainment space is filled with a sparkling pool, hot tub and deck for your enjoyment.
