Nicely remodeled and comfortable. Very clean! The proximity to historic WP and the lakes is wonderful. Very walkable. The hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive when a storm blew out the internet. It is on a very busy road to the front but the backyard is a nice oasis!

Short Walk to Downtown / Cozy spot for Two

Nice upgrades for the bathrooms and indoor living areas in a house 10 blocks from downtown Winter Park. Owner was very helpful and accommodating with questions. Outdoor space behind the house was lacking in space and comfortable furniture - no grill. House is directly off a main street / corner that makes it difficult for vehicle entrance or exit.

Very charming updated cottage. Lots of windows and natural light, high ceilings. The house sits on the main road through town and you can easily walk to historic Winter Park on a quiet side road or the sidewalk on the main. The walk is about 3-4 blocks. Lots of space and a nice desk to set up a laptop for remote work. Comfortable beds, nice appliances and great air conditioning. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and gave good instructions. Highly recommend this house!

Best place to stay in Winter Park

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Winter Park, look no further. The house is perfect and in great condition, well maintained, clean and in the perfect location not only in Winter Park, but to also drive to anywhere in Florida. Great restaurants and shopping are a 5 minute walk to Park Avenue. The owners are responsive and available to answer any questions. They are great! If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

Great place to stay in Winter Park

The house was really clean, neat, and comfortable, and very well equipped. It's within walking distance of all that Winter Park has to offer. While on busy road, I had no difficulty negotiating that and enjoying my stay a great deal. The manager was especially accessible and responsive although there were no real issues since the property is so well kept.
