The largest increase in rent rate was in 2024 when you paid a 10% increase, which is standard. The year prior, in 2023 you paid the exact rent rate as in 2022. This year, you saw a 3% increase over last year. We certainly appreciate our repeat guests, and we work hard to standardize the rates to reward you. I see that you have booked for next year at a 7% increase. We regret that you would not recommend this condo, although we will still welcome you back, should you choose to come.

We will take care of this immediately for our next guest. Thank you for the comments on hospitality amenities; fortunately for our guests the grocery stores and small box retailers are all within an easy three mile drive. We truly appreciate your repeat patronage! We will certainly address the need for new linens with our housekeeping company and would have happily had yours replaced had we been made aware. The damage fee is not a deposit; it is listed as a damage waiver and is insurance against accidental damage. This is a common fee with vacation rentals. Upon reading your review, we immediately had the carpets cleaned in the condo. We would have gladly had new towels brought to you as well. Housekeepers are paid by the unit, not by the hour, so there is no intentional delay on the part of the cleaners or Bender. We regret the elevator outage at such a crucial point of your stay, and we would have gladly assisted you in bringing your luggage down to your car, as we have done for others.
