You will love staying in 1303 Crystal Shores. This beautifully newly decorated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is on the gulf coast's premier beach. The emerald blue seas are right off the large balcony awaiting your arrival. This unit is ON the beach.

Please note I rent weekly Saturday to Saturday most of the year as this allows me to have a reliable cleaner caring for my unit as everyone wants and expects a very clean stay and rightly so. I have upscale towels and linens as well as provide basic supplies as in paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap, dish washing detergent, etc. are all included with my rental.

Crystal Shores was completed in 2004. It is located just one mile west of the center of Gulf Shores. This condominium features very tasteful decor that will give you the comfort of home away from home. You will enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with new stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops and a bar eating area and dining area. Just take one look at the furnishings and you will see how relaxing your vacation can be. Enjoy watching television or just admiring the wonderful 13th floor gulf view from the living area or master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with television and DVD. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed with television and DVD and the living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa with a new mattress for additional sleeping space. There is also a pack in play provided for your toddler, just bring a sheet.

Just minutes from great shopping and activities for the kids.

You will truly enjoy your stay.

DEPOSIT - The Deposit would be in addition to the Rental Rate and a $300 deposit is required to hold a date for a weekly or daily rental. A $600 deposit is required for a rental lasting 4 or more weeks.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 9:00 AM. There are shower/changing facilities on the second floor should you choose to arrive earlier and/or stay later on that Saturday but the reserved parking space transfers to the next renter at 9 AM on day of departure.

The condo association does not allow RV's or trailers on the property and occupancy is restricted to 6 people overnight per unit and I make sure my unit and my guests are in compliance with the Association rules.

CALENDAR - Please consult the calendar for available dates as it is ALWAYS current. No dates are held w/o paid deposit via PayPal. I use PayPal for all Deposits. The use of PayPal allows you to insure your dates are immediately held upon your approval of the invoice and contract terms. You do not have to have a PayPal account as PayPal supports AMEX/Discover/MasterCard/Visa.

Once paid in full you will be sent an email prior to your arrival with an access code to the key less lock. There is a key box back-up available should that be needed for any reason. The parking pass(es) will be inside on the counter so nothing to forget and nothing to pick-up or return. Most deposits are returned in full (less PayPal 3%) within 72 hrs or you can request US Mail for full deposit typically received within a week to 10 days of your departure w/o the 3% PayPal fee that they would charge you.

Beautifully decorated and maintained condo! Clean and well-appointed; We felt at home immediately.

Clean with quality furnishings. Everything you need for an extended stay is in the condo. Fast elevator so getting to the beach is no problem. Beautiful views from both the living room and master bed. We loved the location- close enough to tourist traps but about a mile from the "strip" was good for us. We will return to this specific condo if we return to gulf shores.

Amazing stay!

This is our third year to stay in Tana's condo and it is truly gone away from home! We love everything about her condo especially her balcony with two beautiful and comfy chairs and counter height table where we eat every meal! The 13th floor provides an amazing review and she has everything you could need! New sofas sleeper and recliner! Super cute beach decor! She is so easy to reach if you need anything and great to work with! I can't say enough about how great this condo is!
