My apartment is in the town itself. Of about 100 m2 (1000 sq ft), it is at 9 minutes by foot from the river, 5 minutes from the train station and the Lidl supermarket, close to restaurants and bar. Easy and safe parking outside the building. Large living / dining / kitchen area, fully equipped, completely redone, brand new furniture, air-conditioning, 2 televisions with foreign channels, fast WiFi.

The neighborhood:
It is a quiet residential neighborhood, on the south side of the city (the one where you have the main attractions: the townhall, the casle, the main public garden, the main church, the main street: Rua da Liberdade, the jetty where to take the public boat going to Tavira Island, and all the small streets with restaurants and bars.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Nobody else will be there during their stay.
In case I will not be around during your stay, a young and pleasant Portuguese woman who also speaks perfect English and Spanish, will be available to assist and help with the check-in, the keys, practical information, etc...

Check-out and check-in time are indicated as before 11 am after 4 pm. This is to allow cleaning in case there are other guests arriving or leaving on the same days, however you are welcome to indicate and ask before or after booking if you can leave later or arrive earlier. This would not be a problem at all if there are no guests on the same day, or if these guest themselves leave early or arrive late.
