Este premium 1.100 pies cuadrados, 2 dormitorios / 2. Condo de 5 baños con capacidad para 4 personas. Un atractivo condominio de dos pisos (entrada a nivel del suelo), tiene un comedor y sala de estar frente a Trail Creek y una bañera de hidromasaje privada en el nuevo patio de adoquines. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene una maravillosa barra de granito y mostradores, la mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro y hay dos taburetes para asientos adicionales. Adyacente al comedor se encuentra la sala de estar con cómodos asientos para relajarse frente a la chimenea de gas. Montado sobre la chimenea hay un televisor / DVD de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas. También en este nivel hay una sala de polvo con una lavadora / secadora apilada de tamaño completo. El segundo piso es donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal y ofrece una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana de 36 pulgadas y una puerta corrediza de vidrio a la pequeña terraza frente al arroyo. Esta habitación tiene un hermoso baño privado con ducha de vapor para relajarse después de un largo día de esquí. El segundo dormitorio está en lo alto de las escaleras y está orientado al sur. Esta habitación también tiene una cama queen y un baño privado con ducha solamente. Esta unidad no tiene teléfono ni aire acondicionado.

Very well appointed condominium. Nicely furnished and very clean. The view of the creek was an added treat. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi.! perfect stay we will stay here again. Highly recommend recommended.

This was a great condo. Cute back porch right on the creek- with hot tub and barbecue. If you plan to ski, I would rent a car. Lots of road construction and rerouting of the mountain rides free shuttle. Otherwise a great stay! Easy walk to town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect - close to town and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It looks out over a creek so you have a relaxing view and a nice back patio. The unit was exactly as pictured - clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location and private hot tub

Very Clean and good layout with a small private hot tub on the deck. Great location and well-maintained. The only issue is that the bedrooms were very warm and other than opening the windows couldn't get the bedrooms cooler. And this was winter.

Good condo

I wish I had known there was no AC, which I didn’t see anywhere in the description. That being said it cooled off at night and we were comfortable. It was clean, looked like the pics, and very close and walkable to downtown. I would stay here again!

Actual condo overall nice, location wrong on listing

I booked this condo based on location and the location was off by 1/2 a mile including and uphill walk which made a big difference for my 73 year old father. The condo is also much smaller than it seems in the images - the couch has to cover one of the patio doors. Also there isn’t a closet in one of the bedrooms. It was clean and the creek out back is cute but ask more questions before you book.

I believe you called in advance to see exactly where the condo was in location to where you were staying in another place and we told you where it was located. There is a very short walk up a hill to get to town but not that bad. It is still in a great location walking distance to town and being on a creek is a bonus.

It is centrally located (5 min walk to downtown) and it lies midway between downtown and River Run (.5 miles to River Run Base). The home is immaculate and had every convenience imaginable. The home had very nice cookware, glassware and dishes. Very modern granite countertops and modern appliances. Everything was clean as a whistle. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower had a steam shower (which proved to be a benefit when returning from a day of skiing. An added perk was the full size washer and dryer. The hottub and gas fireplace were nice to have for late night relaxation. You cannot go wrong with this unit. It was perfect for our vacation.

Near town but ....

We were in Ketchum for a wedding. The property was a very nice townhouse. The location is close to town, but it is uphill and the sidewalk is next to the major road that runs into town. During the day it was fine to walk into town (5 min); however, we were there for a wedding so it isn't a walk you would want to do in evening clothes and dress shoes. We ended up getting a ride for the wedding. Also, it isn't well lit at night so be sure to bring a charged phone or flashlight with you. (One of the reviews had mentioned the walk into town being uphill and we just wanted people to be aware of it.) Other than that, the property was great (clean and comfortable) and also had a hot tub.

Had everything we needed for cooking . The only negative thing would be the fireplace . We had to have maintenance out 3 times because the fireplace wasn’t working correctly. That happened to us last time also so we hope that they fix it so that we can come back. We really appreciated the maintenance and calling center staff. They came right away on a weekend:) Christa

Ketchum Dream Weekend

This property is an easy walk from Main St. in Ketchum where all the action is. When we weren’t out and about, we enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the creek. The hot tub was a hit too. I hope to return to Sun Valley/Ketchum and stay here again.
