Denne premium 1100 kvadratmeter, 2 soverom / 2. 5 bad leilighet vil sove 4 gjester. Det er en attraktiv leilighet i to etasjer (bakkenivå), og har en spisestue og stue mot Trail Creek og et privat badestamp på den nye utleggeren. Det fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet har en fantastisk granittbar og benkeplater, spisebordet har plass til fire, og det er to barkrakker for ekstra sitteplasser. I tilknytning til spisestuen er stuen med komfortable sitteplasser for avslapning foran gasspeisen. En 40-tommers flatskjerm-TV / DVD er montert over peisen. Også på dette nivået er et pulverrom med full vaskemaskin / tørketrommel i full størrelse. Andre etasje er hvor hovedsoverommet ligger og tilbyr en queen size-seng, 36 tommers flatskjerm-TV og en skyve glassdør til det lille dekket som vender mot bekken. Dette soverommet har et vakkert bad med steamdusj for å slappe av etter en lang dag på ski. Det andre soverommet er på toppen av trappen og vender mot sør. Dette soverommet har også en queensize-seng og eget bad med dusj. Denne enheten har ikke telefon eller luftkondisjonering.
Komplekse funksjoner: Andora Villa-borettslagene ligger i nærheten av Ketchum sentrum. Denne rolige villaen har utsikt over den rolige Trail Creek, og ligger omtrent to kvartaler fra sentrum av Ketchum og cirka 1/2 kilometer fra tilgangsområdet til River Run. Dette komplekset tilbyr fredelig flukt, men har også lett tilgang til underholdning, servering og friluftsliv. Comfortable, Exceptionally Clean and Everything You Could Need

It is centrally located (5 min walk to downtown) and it lies midway between downtown and River Run (.5 miles to River Run Base). The home is immaculate and had every convenience imaginable. The home had very nice cookware, glassware and dishes. Very modern granite countertops and modern appliances. Everything was clean as a whistle. The beds were very comfortable and the master shower had a steam shower (which proved to be a benefit when returning from a day of skiing. An added perk was the full size washer and dryer. The hottub and gas fireplace were nice to have for late night relaxation. You cannot go wrong with this unit. It was perfect for our vacation.

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect - close to town and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It looks out over a creek so you have a relaxing view and a nice back patio. The unit was exactly as pictured - clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location and private hot tub

Very Clean and good layout with a small private hot tub on the deck. Great location and well-maintained. The only issue is that the bedrooms were very warm and other than opening the windows couldn't get the bedrooms cooler. And this was winter.

Ketchum Dream Weekend

This property is an easy walk from Main St. in Ketchum where all the action is. When we weren’t out and about, we enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the creek. The hot tub was a hit too. I hope to return to Sun Valley/Ketchum and stay here again.

Had everything we needed for cooking . The only negative thing would be the fireplace . We had to have maintenance out 3 times because the fireplace wasn’t working correctly. That happened to us last time also so we hope that they fix it so that we can come back. We really appreciated the maintenance and calling center staff. They came right away on a weekend:) Christa

Near town but ....

We were in Ketchum for a wedding. The property was a very nice townhouse. The location is close to town, but it is uphill and the sidewalk is next to the major road that runs into town. During the day it was fine to walk into town (5 min); however, we were there for a wedding so it isn't a walk you would want to do in evening clothes and dress shoes. We ended up getting a ride for the wedding. Also, it isn't well lit at night so be sure to bring a charged phone or flashlight with you. (One of the reviews had mentioned the walk into town being uphill and we just wanted people to be aware of it.) Other than that, the property was great (clean and comfortable) and also had a hot tub.

Good condo

I wish I had known there was no AC, which I didn’t see anywhere in the description. That being said it cooled off at night and we were comfortable. It was clean, looked like the pics, and very close and walkable to downtown. I would stay here again!

Oh, and the steam shower was heaven.

The location was absolutely perfect, there is a shuttle just at the entrance to the complex to the River Run side of the mountain. We could have walked the 2 blocks to downtown, although we drove (BRRR!) and the beds and hot tub were divine. We will be back for sure.

Hint: to operate gas fireplace - hold the "off" button and the "up flame" button until you hear it beep, then let go. It may take a few seconds but then it will light.
