Beautiful unit that had all that we needed for our stay.

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights. The unit is very clean, well stocked with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Checkin and checkout was easy. The unit location is great with entrance to the paved bike paths just outside the building. Everything was just as advertised.

Great location!

My husband was participating in an event (29029) at the base of Baldy. The location was really great for quick access to the base (a ten-minute walk from the unit door, along the bike path, to the gondola). Was also great for walking to downtown - grocery store and Pio were a ten minute walk, lots of great botiques and stores to explore too. The property included covered parking and use of the hot tub. The unit was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms were as described. There was a window AC unit in the closet - would have liked for that to have been hooked up as it was a warm couple days, but we made it by with the fan.

1st timer and beyond expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snow star #23 was more than we anticipated. I have only stayed at hotels and we are already planning trip #2 and will be asking for this unit again. Clean, roomy, and felt like home away from home. Easy walking to downtown Ketchum and I'm not athletic. Easy check in and out.

great place, but hot tub not working

the property and location were perfect for our skiing adventure. the condo was nice and clean. the living and dining area were a tad small for 6 of us but functional if you are not spending much time at the condo. would have been great to have a locker to store our ski stuff in the parking area. another benefit would have been to have a working hot tub.

Not as advertised

We chose this property for two reasons, no pets allowed and air conditioning. When we arrived on Saturday evening, the apartment was very hot. We found the air conditioner had been removed. There was dog hair everywhere. We vacuumed and used sticky roller on couch and still had dog hair on our socks and clothes daily. On the bright side, the kitchen and TV were great. Very good grill on deck. Felt the property was overpriced and misrepresented.

Well located condo

Five adults came to Sun Valley to watch our children participate in the Freestyle Junior National Championship. The condo was very well located in that its a short walk to the River Run base lodge and an easy walk into town for dinner. (We did not have access to a car.) The condo was comfortable, well furnished and had a nice kitchen. Our only complaint was that the condo seemed smaller than we had been led to believe. We were told that the condo has approx. 1300 sq. ft. but the unit felt much smaller. The living room was very small. The couch sat 2 or maybe 3 people at the most and then there was one other comfortable chair but there was not sufficient seating for 5 people let alone a bigger group. I would recommend this condo for 4 adults and a child or two but a bit too small for 5 or 6 adults. The only other issue was that the owner left alot of their personal belongings in closets and in the bath which did not really impact us but did seem unusual. The complex had a nice hot tub and a small workout facility. overall a good experience.
