Welcome to Cape Vista,

Cape Vista is located in the SW part of Cape Coral near Cape Harbor, Rumrunners Restaurant as well as Fathoms and a few other shops within walking distance, great bicycles paths and a tranquil neighborhood.
Cape Vista opens up with a split floor plan. Upon Entering the home, you will be welcomed to a large open living space, semi private den with comfortable couches, kitchen and formal dining space. The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the house while the 2 guest suites are located on the other side of the house sharing an upgraded bathroom with a shower tub combo.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home. Welcome to Paradise.
Cape Vista features beautiful modern but airy décor, that can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Easy check in and check out. Management team friendly and answered all my questions. House was clean and had great starter amenities. Pool clean and worked great. Kitchen well stocked. Great house, property management dismissed the issues we had

The house was great as described. Morning after arrival, management personnel showed up unannounced. Notified her at the time that one bathroom contained no toilet paper and small ants in master bathroom, neither were addressed., an text message had also been sent. Midway through our stay we were not able to get the dryer to run, again notified management. Management showed up the next day, unannounced, repair man did not come until following day while we were gone. Dryer working when we arrived back. Decided to check dryer before doing anymore laundry, could not get it to run. Notified management that the dryer was still not working properly and that i thought it was a start button issue, did not hear back. We also had to deal with sand in the spa and pool (was there when we arrived), which the management was also notified, pool guy did not show up until our check out day. Only positive was management did let us check out late.

This was our first stay in this beautiful property which has a casual coastal vibe. The breathtaking water views were our first delight upon entering the front door. The home is furnished comfortably and the kitchen stocked with all one needs to prepare gourmet meals at home. The beds are super comfortable! The lanai and pool deck areas are large and perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed sitting down at the dock for gorgeous sunsets and a glass of wine. Cape Harbor with its great restaurants, coffee stop, and shops is a short 20 min walk away. It was fun watching all the boats pass through the lock on their way out to the Gulf. This home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Bikes are available to use. We love the laid back atmosphere Cape Coral offers and plan to return to this property soon.

This property, Cape Vista, suited our needs to a "T".

This property, Cape Vista, suited our needs to a "T". Very spacious and roomy. Each guest had space for quiet time as well as lots of shared space for intermingling. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. A beautiful view from every window with a wide open look at the canal. The sunsets are spectacular and we were very lucky to view the antics of several manatees while enjoying the pool. This property is centrally located to shopping and eating out. The owners attended to every detail including labeling every light switch to avoid running about the room to find the correct switch! There is lots of space in each room for guests personal items. Drawers, closets and cupboards provide ample room for convenient storage of clothing, toiletries and in the kitchen we never felt crowding with the combination of the supplies provided by the owners and the items we added for food preparation. A huge win, win on choosing this property we will definitely return!
