This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. Don’t under estimate being walking distance to the beach! There are only 2 public parking lots and very often they’re full leaving you zero parking options.

The house features a large, and heated pool with private, large screened lanai. The pool feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).

The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors.

The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a high quality mattress, flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower.

The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
 Please set the thermostat to Air Conditioning/Cool = 78 degrees and Humidistat to ON  Clean all dishes and remove all food from the premises.
 Take out all trash from the inside of the property and place in trash bins outside.  Do all laundry That you can. Cleaning crew will only do two loads of wash upon departure.
 Put any furniture that was moved back into their original positions.  Please delete any recordings you may have scheduled on DirecTV

Good property and excellent value. Location is fabulous…just a 5 min walk to the public beach access. Property was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed and more…even many spices for cooking! Parking in the driveway was easy and accessing the property was, too. The garage was full of toys for the beach including chairs, bikes, a canopy, wagon…everything you could possibly need. Furniture and linens were a little older and worn, but very comfortable. Owls across the street made appearances whenever we looked for them! Hosts were great communicators! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.
