The unit was very spacious, and it's located close to one of 2 pools and 3 food trucks. The mattresses were very comfortable; the unit was very clean and well maintained. It's exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for a stay for 2

This resort was very nice. It has a good pool, very roomy bathroom and bedroom as well as a living room and kitchen with ample cooking items. It had everything we needed for the week and was a very nice hotel/resort. The jacuzzi was very warm and the pool was great if you have little kids as there is a shallow end with sand for them to be in. All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Seems that the property owner found someone else to give my room to so I had to wait until 7pm for another room.This room was located at the 1st floor instead of the 2nd, as I wanted to, and keep the shades closed all the time to avoid people seeng me in my underware. No view for me.Also they promised me a complimentary air conditioning (to compensate for the wait time) but forgot to switch it on. The place was clean though. Missed a sheet so I had to sleep without one. The

Absolutely wonderful

The room was fantastic. The description was good, but the room was even better than we expected. Very easy to access. The bathroom was huge. There was plenty of storage space throughout. The furniture layout was lovely. All non-perishable kitchen items were supplied. Resort amenities were also great. Thank you!

Although check-out is at 11 AM, room was not ready for us at 4PM. Whaaa??? Finally got linto room at approx 5:30. Not a lot of staff to contact.

Nice unit

Unit was nice, although floors were not clean. We don't wear shoes indoors, but clearly someone had previously and the floors weren't cleaned well. AC is an additional fee that we found out about after we booked. Termite droppings in a couple areas in the unit.

A good value, with ads

This was a last-minute substitution after our Airbnb reservation fell through, and we were very pleased to find it on such short notice. It is a resort, in a neighborhood entirely made up of resorts, and we were repeatedly urged to attend a 90-minute timeshare presentation. I suspect that the price of the unit was lower than it might have been because of that. The pools are lovely, with shallow beaches for small children, and there are grills and hammocks nearby. Quiet hours (8pm for the pools, 10 pm otherwise) are generally well observed, and the whole area feels extremely safe. The unit itself was nicely designed and precisely equipped with six settings of tableware, a utile collection of cookware and kitchen appliances, and a few starter consumables. There were a few signs of wear — a bit of fusty wood smell, a metal piece that kept falling off into the bathtub, and a safe lock that wouldn’t turn, rendering the safe unusable — but the kitchen & laundry appliances and the tv were recent models in excellent condition. A pest treatment was scheduled for the day before we left, which the staff kindly offered to reschedule to the following day. All in all, a good value, especially for families.

Perfect Princeville

My sister and I booked this last minute and couldn’t have been happier! The location in Princeville was great (short drive to grocery store and restaurants), the property was clean, very comfortable king size bed, and up to date appliances in the kitchen. The property was even more beautiful in person than the photos. Would definitely book this property again!

Bali Hai at Princeville, Kauai

Great second floor view of the swimming pool area from the bedroom and balcony. Very well equipped villa with everything you will need for the kitchen and bathroom needs. Well maintained and very clean environment. Concierge service is excellent and very accommodating to all your needs. I was able to conduct my business needs while on vacation with their resources in the beautiful lobby. I wish the villa had air conditioning but the ceiling fans throughout the rooms did suffice. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely comeback again .
