Luxury treehouse built by The Treehouse Guys of the DIY show

Welcome to the 1st true #treehouse in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area built by the #TreehouseGuys from the #DIY network show. This dream of ours is now a reality (or as B'fer says... re-ala-tree). It's hard to say where the outdoors end and the indoors begin. The setting is perfect for a quiet writers retreat, honeymoon or romantic getway, or an unforgettable family trip to the Smoky Mountains. Our property is the best of both worlds as you can be in #Gatlinburg or #PigeonForge within minutes, but still feel like you have your own private setting in the woods. The home is supported primarily by 3 Oak trees as well as 1 Hickory. 2 of the oaks grow through the interior of the house, 1 oak and 1 hickory grow through the main deck space. The main deck features a couple Adirondack chairs, 2 black walnut bars off the kitchen windows each with 2 bar stools, amazing views, hog wire railing with a drink rail to allow guests to enjoy a beverage while taking in the view, and a romantic/covered hot tub for 2. Underneath the home guests will find a a large new deck with 2 swinging chairs, sectional couch, and coffee table. Enjoy the outside here even when the weather is not perfect.. 2 other features just off the side of the home are a fire pit and camping style charcoal grill. Once inside you will love the shiplap on the walls, rough cut trim, galvanized ceiling, live oak trees, natural light from all the windows, cool wood countertops, loft bedroom, amazing tile corner shower, etc... Don't worry, we have also worked very hard to bring in the highest speed/unlimited internet available so you are able to still connect your devices, stream movies, watch our Sling TV, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc... I have frequently worked remotely from our place. Everything design choice we made was with the intent of giving our guests a unique and memorable experience that will never be forgotten. We had a great stay! Very pleasantly surprised by the simple but comfortable amenities. The first night was very stormy and the wind had us concerned, but the next very calm night was very comfortable. Would recommend an outdoor light at the hot tub though. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. Will book again.

We really enjoyed celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary at Tre Escape. Relaxing, peaceful setting in the trees. We saw about a dozen bears in 2 days in the Smoky Mountains.

- Tucked away outside of the busyness of downtown Gatlinburg, but still a short drive to any of the close cities in the smokies - short drive to smoky mountain national park - inside was so cute and it was fun to explore the tree house and relax on the swings - perfect stay for two!

Quiet and Serene

The property was beautiful. The perfect place for a couple to enjoy a nice weekend getaway. The location was in a good place, short distance to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Definitely would recommend. The hosts were also very easy to contact when we had questions, very nice.

Great Escape

We had a great time staying at TreEscape. It’s the perfect get away. We loved laying in the bed and watching the stars at night. We found the best food truck just around the corner which was an added bonus.

Treehouse Fun

The property was great! We are locals but wanted a short getaway that was close to us to relax and unwind a little bit. The treehouse was a different but fun experience. It was very peaceful and in a great neighborhood/area. The description stated could sleep 4 but in my opinion 2 was enough unless you have small children that would enjoy sleeping on an air mattress. The leather recliner sofa was nice and comfortable but in my opinion, not enough to get a good nights sleep on. Besides that small observation and just my opinion…it was great! I would definitely go back!

We are the Blier's and Chaplin's and are great friends who love to travel and spend life together. Janice is a retired country music singer who now manages our properties and David is winding down a 30 year career as an IT professional. The Blier's reside on a 10 acre farm in Nashville, TN and besides raising children, they also raise pigs, sheep, chicken, cows, and a few hundred thousand honey bees :) The Chaplin's also reside near Nashville on a 10 acre wooded farm. Todd is a real estate professional and Cherri is an OT with a local school system. We look forward to helping you have the most amazing time while visiting our cabin!

What makes this property unique

Besides the fact that our place is located and supported by several live trees, it is also located just 10 minutes to the strip in Pigeon Forge as well as the same distance to the strip in Gatlinburg. Easy access to both and back roads allow our guests to skip much of the crazy traffic that comes along with this area.
