Mountain side bedroom with beautiful views! King size bed with Avocado Brand mattress, and en-suite bathroom with shower and jetted tub.
KITCHEN - LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM:
The large fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those that love to cook that special meal!
The kitchen opens to the living room with comfortable leather sofas, a 65" big screen smart TV and Bose Surround sound stereo. The ottoman in the Living Room also converts to a twin bed.
The Dining Room is open to the kitchen with huge windows overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
There is a ladder in the dining room that leads to a loft that overlooks the dining room, living room and kitchen. There are 2 twin futon mattresses in the loft. An ottoman in the living room opens to a twin size bed.
GAME ROOM:
The lower level game room has a pool table, an arcade game.
OUTDOOR DECKS:
Cushioned out door furniture on the upper deck allows you to relax and take in the spectacular views.
The lower deck has a hot tub, relax after an exciting day of sightseeing and take in the Mountain Views while you soak. There is a bistro table so can enjoy a snack or the morning cup of coffee. Two cushioned chairs provide another place to relax!

Enjoy panoramic mountain views from the Amenities Center which has a Community Pool, Sauna, Stream Room, Cabana/Picnic Shelter, and Exercise Room! We have been married over 35 years, we have 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-love, 5 grandchildren, 1 deaf dog, 1 blind cat, and a homemade fishpond full of koi and goldfish. We live in a rural area of North Carolina with a view of mountains and a cow pasture.

The view is simply spectacular at this cabin. The floorplan is very homey, lots of open space on the main level first floor. The downstairs bedroom is big and has a nice private bath with a jetted tub. The window in the master bedroom has a great view, you can wake to a view of the Smoky Mountains every morning!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This cabin has some of the BEST views in the area! The cabin has a hot tub, pool table and arcade games. When we bought this cabin in 2013 we took a month to upgrade it before we rented it out. We added a big screen TV with Bose surround sound. We added insulation to make the cabin surprisingly more cozy, and energy efficient, and the floor is warmer in winter. We added window treatments and pictures on the walls. We fixed anything that was broken (leaks, loose boards), and we stained the cabin. In 2019, new carpet was put in. In 2022 - New Hot tub, trees around the cabin with potential to block the view were cleared! In 2023 - Safety inspection with all recommendations completed, including new rails outside, and higher rails around the outdoor hot tub. Plus a fresh staining outside.
