We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect space for my husband, three young kids, and myself. The location was PERFECT for all things Universal, and also easy to get to the Disney properties too. It’s across the street from Pirates Adventure, so check that out for some fun. I will note that the Pizza Hut in the pictures is no longer there, but there is one a few blocks away - we walked there just fine. Also, the laundry is coin operated. Not a deal breaker just nice to know. We would happily stay here again!

Location was good and pool was nice. However pictures in listing did not reflect what was really available at this rental. There was no bar, I was told by information desk that it has been closed for two years. I also could not see where there was any store as shown in pictures. Complex and unit is in need of updating.

Room was good and owner very responsive. Property gym, indoor pool and hot tubs were under construction and we were not made aware of this when booking which was important to us. Air conditioning was not working the first night but it wasn’t too hot so that wasn’t a problem

Great place to stay witj family, close to universal studios. Easy parking, convenient, full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. To get to universal atudio need to drive. Great communication. Highly recommend!

Location is decent with close proximity to Universal, however, cleanliness was lacking. Several of the towels had long hairs on them and the shower curtains were moldy and mildewed. Room sleeps six however, barely had enough seating for eating—3 bar stools and a couch were the only options.

Very clean, small two bedroom condo. I was under the assumption it had a washer/dryer. It did have a PAY washer/dryer down the hallway. Not in condo. This was an inconvenience for me, although others may be fine with it!!

Great stay

We came after touring UF in Gainesville. Planned to spend a few days at the Universal parks but was rainy due to Hurricane Deb. My Dau enjoyed all the rides anyways, but we opted out of going to Volcano Bay due to the weather! The resort was close to everyothing we needed and the owners didn’t kick us out in the middle of the storm,

Nice place close to Universal

Location ideal for going to many parks in the area. Many restaurants nearby. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. Place was nice smaller than expected but all we really needed. Porch was a nice bonus to have coffee outside. Property manager efficient no issues with our stay.

Getaway

The unit was ok. Check in process was great. Price was great. Only issues was that remotes in both rooms didn’t work properly( master bedroom remote didn’t change channels from menu screen and remote in 2nd bedroom wouldn’t turn TV off. No soap in master bathroom and patio door doesn’t lock ( unsafe if kids are present. Would stay there again.

Great location literally minutes away from all the great attractions. Our only concern is the cleanliness of the actual building. It would really benefit from some upgrades. Also, we tried getting in a quick workout but the fitness center is super outdated and small.

Close to Universal but not walking distance

The property needs some updating but the condo was cute for what we needed. You can not walk to Universal. So, that was misleading. We had to Uber or park. Over all it was fine.

Expwdia states irs a 13 minute wqlk to universal studios but it is reqlly a 40 minute walk. Please fix this I picked this because of the walking distance. When you look at the location, it appears to be a different hotel.
