Spacious, mountain modern, ski in and walk out Peak 8 home

Newly renovated 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath home on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, CO. Enjoy this spacious, open plan home during summer and ski season. Hot tub; shuttle service; access to One Ski Hill amenities, which includes: bowling; private movie theater; indoor pool, sauna and steam room; and spa services. The 7 bedrooms include: 3 king beds; 1 queen beds; 1 trundle bed with 2 twin beds; 2 bunk rooms - one with 4 twin beds and the other with 4 full beds. You will ski in directly to the front door. The walk out to ski is a 5-7 minute walk up the road for direct access to Peak 8 Base (see photo). In the summer months, walk to all that Peak 8 has to offer. The free shuttle will pick you up at the front door and take you to town and other Peaks. It is owner run and I am happy to provide any recommendations and answer any questions!

Perfect

We have stayed in many rental homes and this was the best. Everything was perfect! We had 13 people from our mutil-generational family and everyone was happy!The condition of the house, the layout, the size, the location, the amenities- all were perfect. The owner is very communicative and ease of in/out daily was seamless. If this is remotely in your budget, do it!

The mountain house was beautiful! We loved the layout of the house. The only down fall were the many stairs.It was nice having the pool table and all the boardgames and toys that you provided!The hot tub was also a big hit.

Trip of a lifetime

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Spectacular views from every room! Everybody enjoyed the ski in and ski out throughout our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed in cooking and entertaining . Beautiful lighting and spacious living and dining room. Beautiful The hot tub, pool table and games for all ages were lots of fun for us! We plan to come again! The host was very nice, attentive and responsive. The included shuttle service made it easy to go anywhere. We highly recommend this home for anyone wanting an exceptional experience in Breckenridge.

Spacious ski in ski out

We spent the week with family and friends. There was plenty of room to spread out. The house was stocked with a plethora of cooking supplies which made it easy to eat in. Easy ski in access and a quick walk to ski out. We were with skiers of all levels and it was easy access to peak 8. Town is a short ride and there is a dial a ride service.

Great house. Easy ski-in, ski-out

We stayed President’s weekend. House was great, very spacious. Walked up Timber trail( left out of the driveway) turned right just past 382 timber trail to ski down Trygve to Peak 8 base. At the end of the took Trygve from the top, followed rope line on the right to a gap in the rope and skied down a path next to the house. Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Winter Fun

The house was phenomenal and had everything we needed for our five night stay. There were 16 of us, and we had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, hanging out and for all of our ski equipment. We prepared most of our meals and were impressed with the well-stocked kitchen. The check-in/check-out process was easy and clearly explained. Communication with the owner was simple and quick. The ski-in walk-out was a little trickier for us, due to having so many first time skiers in our group. Everyone in the group was able to ski into the house, walking to the slopes was a little challenging at first for those of us living at sea level. Not everyone in our group was able to utilize the ski-out feature. We were 100% satisfied with this home! From the beautiful home to the location on the slopes, it is truly a wonderful place to stay. Loved this home!

Best stay

Each year our family of 16, tries a different ski resort. We always need to rent a house. This was our best stay so far! The host was very easy to communicate with and the ski in ski out location was a huge plus for our large family. There was so much space and a great kitchen. Love it!

Loved the ski in!!

This house is so beautiful! and accommodated our family of 20 really well! The layout of the house Gave us plenty of space to be together and also was relatively quiet between rooms. We loved the family rooms with plenty of good seating for a group. Beds were comfortable. The ski in was fantastic and we could see our crew skiing up to the house through the fabulous windows, and ski out is really simple. Just a short walk to an easy run. Also easy to drop kids and gear off and have the driver walk up. Alex was very easy to communicate with us and helpful with the questions we had. A great experience for our family!

Incredible property!

Our group loved this house! The location was perfect. Views are amazing. The house is FULLY equipped with anything you may need. We cooked a lot of meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owners sent all pertinent house info a few weeks before arrival, as well as a lot of other helpful info for the area. We had a small issue upon check in and the property owners went over and above to resolve it and make it right. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful House

We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this house was one of the best. We were impressed with how well stocked it was with everything you need to make stay enjoyable. We loved all the amenities including the hot tub, fire pit, big televisions, and lots of outdoor furniture.

Perfect ski in/out for large famiky

Great communication with management; loved access to One Ski Hill especially for night time activities and shuttle pick up was great. The kitchen was well stocked but had to buy ice for our large family. Could use another pitcher too. I would stay here again.

Family Ski trip

The home was great and provided enough space for our large group to spread out and be comfortable. Great location and the extra perks (bowling and movie room) were fantastic. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Week

Was a great week in Breckenridge. The house is as advertised, ski in ski out was very convenient. The house was plenty spacious for 8 of us, comfortable couches and having two living rooms was a plus. I communicated with Alex several time, was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home for any large families or groups.

Beautiful Home in a Magnificent Setting

Fantastic property for a family trip. The home is huge with plenty of space for adults and kids to enjoy. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you’ll need to cook or bake and easy cleanup with 2 dishwashers!! Breckinridge is a dream vacation location and the access to the Peak 8 amenities made this property perfect. Free shuttle into town, gondola into town or a nice walk downhill - so many ways to get around. We loved every minute of this trip.

Family Vacation

This was an amazing property. Lots of space and bedrooms and bathrooms! Great location for a family vacation. The owners were responsive and the grandchildren had a great time. We enjoyed bowling and swimming at Ski Place one. We have rented several houses at various locations over the years and this home is definitely at the top of the list! Thank you

Summer Escape

Alex’s house wildly exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the house was extremely clean and each room was spacious so we never felt cramped despite a large group. Additionally, access to the One Ski Hill resort amenities and shuttle were definitely extra bonuses that we took advantage of. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to the mountains with a large group. Alex was also readily available whenever we had any questions. Five stars all around.

Our stay at this house could not have been better!! There is so much space, it is close to town, has amazing views, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, I could go on!!!! We had an absolute blast.
