Surrounded by Nordic ski and snowshoe trails, this retreat offers the perfect blend of alpine adventure and modern comfort. Step directly onto the Nordic trails from the back door, or take a 2-minute walk to the private neighborhood gondola station for direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 and downtown Breckenridge. With multiple living spaces, an oversized hot tub, gas fireplaces, a chef's kitchen, and enough room to comfortably sleep 10, this home is designed for families, friends, and groups seeking both excitement and relaxation.

Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.

Living Room (Second Floor): The main-level great room boasts 180° views of Peaks 8–10 through expansive windows, a majestic stone fireplace, plush seating, and a massive flatscreen TV. Electric blinds let you control the natural light, while the warm ambiance creates the perfect gathering space after a day outdoors.

Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
