We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our family of 12, from teenagers to grandparents, had plenty of room to be together and spaces to spread out. We cooked in most nights and both kitchens were well stocked with everything you would need! It was super convenient being able to walk a short distance to the shops, restaurants and gondola. Things we appreciated most about the house: heated garage to store ski equipment and take it on/off, heated sidewalks, movie room, soap in all bathrooms, games/puzzles, lots of containers to store food/leftovers, plenty of dishes/silverware/cups for a big group, parking for 3 cars, bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great location

9 adults and 7 kids fit easily in the house and cottage. Everything was great with plenty of space and nice amenities. Location is just a couple of blocks off of Main Street so everything is a quick walk away.

Great house for skiing

We had an awesome stay at the house. Location is ideal in town with tons of food and bar options within minutes and the walk to the lift is simple. Beyond that the house itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. Highlight is the hot tub which has incredible views of the mountains. Would love to come back and stay here.

Exceeded Expectations

Great location, just blocks from Main Street. Host response time was prompt and efficient. House is very spacious, allowing each group to have their own private spaces with a large kitchen/living room area for all. Heated garage and sidewalk are a major plus. Hot Tub with incredible mountain views was a highlight.

Perfect location

The house and cottage were amazing and in the perfect location. Easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. If you want a eat at home for a night, the kitchen was stocked perfectly to make a meal for the entire group. Our family really enjoyed the homes and all they had to offer. Parking was ample...2 to 3 (if you parked inside the garage) spots for big house and 1 spot for the cottage.

Breckenridge multi family

The place is very nice and we very much enjoyed our stay. The electronic light switches took a while to understand and get used to. We didn’t know the location of the hot tub until we were departing and saw the maintenance guy servicing the hot tub which is located in the shed next to the driveway.

Brian was incredibly responsive to all my questions, accommodating to our requests, and even provided excellent recommendations that we really enjoyed. The property consists of two homes, not just one, which was a nice surprise. My three sons and I stayed for a long weekend and only used one of the homes, but both were exactly as described and in perfect condition. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance. We’ll definitely be returning!

What a wonderful place

We had such a great trip to Breckenridge and both homes are just wonderful. The ability to have our large family all in one place was fantastic. We had plenty of room for the kids, ski equipment, and a top of the line kitchen to make many great meals. The house is close enough to everything by either foot or car. Having the garage available to store all of the ski gear and provide a warm place to get ready everyday was a huge help.

Very Nice Breckenridge Home

Fantastic place. Only complaint is the TV's remote - please leave the Sony remote that came with the TV out to use. The ancient remote they provided had limited function and didn't control the volume. Otherwise, the place was amazing - the great location and lots of parking and clean, private hot tub.

Annual Family Ski Trip

Both houses worked well for our two families with grown kids. There were 15 of us. We gathered in the main house but had plenty of room for everyone to have privacy between the main house and guest house. Spacious, comfortable, nice furnishings/decor, stocked kitchens, private hot tub, great location. One block from Fatties and just two blocks from Main Street. It was nice to walk to downtown and not have to bother with parking.

Wonderful choice!

Our family of 14 (11 yrs to 68 yrs old) stayed at this home while in Breckenridge. There was plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We had plenty of room to play games, dance offs, watch tv and relax. It was the perfect location, we walked to dinner each night, to an escape room, grocery store and general shopping. The house was minutes away from a trail where we participated in the Michael J Fox Foundation Summer Challenge in honor of the best Husband, Dad and Grandpa! Communication was excellent. We would certainly stay again if we are back in Breckenridge.

Location! Location! Location

I can’t enough say enough nice things about our stay and the 2 houses in Breckinridge . Brian is extremely responsive and accommodating. We had concerns with large SUV but once Brian explained the parking the property indeed comfortable held 3 vehicles! Further, the houses are minutes walking distance from Main Street which seemed like a Hallmark movie. The house is spacious enough for 4 families with children. The kitchen and outdoor grill allows us make full meals including dinner. Bedrooms, media room, and bathrooms all flowed well together and provides amble space. The large family room ambiance is designed for sitting and playing board games or just relaxing watching television. We all thoroughly enjoyed my wife’s birthday!

Fantastic for a large family!

We loved this property! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. Loved the location right in downtown Breck. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We will be back!
