The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the tall pines as you step into a calm mountainside retreat, where quiet mornings ease naturally into days spent exploring Whistler’s snowy terrain. After an afternoon on the slopes, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the promise of a private hot tub create an inviting place to settle in. Evenings unfold with the hush of the forest outside and the comfort of spacious, welcoming rooms designed for gathering and unwinding together.



Living and dining

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light and forest views into the open living area, where ample seating surrounds a presto log fireplace and a TV for relaxed nights indoors. The adjoining dining room offers a table for up to ten, while a nearby breakfast nook seats six for casual meals. A balcony extends the living space with a BBQ available for year-round use, allowing you to enjoy fresh air in any season.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a center island, and a Keurig coffee machine. Whether preparing a big group dinner or warming up after outdoor adventures, it provides a comfortable, functional setting for cooking and connection.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels. The upper floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, a deep tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with direct bathroom access, another features a king-split bed with access to the hot tub, and a fourth room includes two sets of twin bunk beds and a TV. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the queen and king-split rooms, and powder rooms are located on both the main and lower levels.



Outdoor living and amenities

A private hot tub on the lower deck offers a warm, quiet escape surrounded by trees. Guests also have a dedicated workspace near the primary bedroom, insuite laundry, high-speed WiFi, a spacious mudroom for gear, and secure underground parking for two vehicles. An EV charger is available for an additional fee. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a private entrance.



Seasonal ski access

Snowgoose #14 provides ski access from Blackcomb Mountain via Lower Cruiser Run, snow conditions permitting, along with a nearby free shuttle that connects you to Whistler Village, both mountain bases, and Lost Lake.



Neighborhood

Set within a quiet, forested area of the Blackcomb Benchlands, the townhouse offers easy access to local walking routes and the serene landscapes that define Whistler. With the village shuttle just steps away, shops, dining, and year-round mountain activities remain close while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this mountain retreat.





Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• Free shuttle to village: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left. Cross Painted Cliff Road and the shuttle stop is on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Snowgoose complex and grounds are 100% non-smoking

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
