Dirtyyyyyyyyyyy and overpriced!

Paid too much money for so many dead bugs, cob webs, dust, stench and filth for such little attentiveness. The owners can care less as they are in the process of publicly selling the property with a tacky for sale sign right at the front door greeting us.

What a Great Time!

We arrive Friday night and met our wonderful host. The villa was clean and adorable! We had a blast at the pool/hot tub/bar Friday evening and got to explore the bay the next day. Thank goodness for this cold air conditioning and wonderful view! We nearly missed the ferry, if it wasn’t for the lovely neighbors/regulars. We will definitely be considering coming back soon.

Great Location

This Villa has a great location and awesome deck. As described in description. Comfy futon and sofa for extra sleep space. Beds were comfortable. Could have used a few more kitchen utensils and larger bowls for in-house cooking. Also needed a bath plug for the tub for bathing small children- they were scared of the shower-only option. Overall a good space! With kids it’s best to come during the week for a less party atmosphere in the pool area.

Michele was very helpful and attentive and Villa 28 was clean and equipped with fresh laundered sheets and towels. Not a lot of silverware so was helpful we brought plastic and paper plates. Could use a couple of large bowls as there was nothing to put our cut up watermelon in or the pasta we made. Other than that was perfect for us and loved the convenient location to the pool. The covered table on the porch was awesome for all our meals and evening hanging out. Will definitely rent this unit again.

The trip from hell

The property for sure was not what was advertised. There was many amenities advertised that were not there. The hot tub was cold the grounds were filthy. I have pictures. The lady lied to me on the phone and assured me the restaurant would be open for dinner and breakfast as I have a picky six year old. In fact upon arrival the place hadn’t been open in quite some time we were informed. We had a stretch of 12 hours where we could not get food. I could go on and on. I will be filing a dispute with my credit union on the card I paid with as I received none of the goods we were promised. There was also a huge hike my husband fell in upon arrival getting bags out of hosts truck her solution was to put a small fire pit over hole. You should really think about who your doing business with I feel like I was completely scammed. I’m so disappointed as this was our first real family vacation together

Wonderful place

My husband and I had a great stay. The island was very peaceful and if you want to go over to Put-n-bay there is a water taxi available or the Sonny S. The villa was super cute. Loved it!

Not Happy.

Was told we would get picked up when we got there. Didn’t happen Michelle went to Kelly’s Island with friends. Place was dirty and we went to store to buy cleaning supplies to clean it and was charged a cleaning fee. Found mouse droppings on dishes, went to store to buy our own eating, and drinking utensils. Had a good time only because the six of us made it that way. I Personally wouldn’t recommend this place and neither would my five friends.

Cleanliness

Everything was acceptable except for the fact that there was pet hair everywhere and it was obviously not cleaned at all befor we arrived. There was even garbage left behind on the floor from the last people who rented the property. It was dirty enough that we didnt even want to shower at the property. Instead of driving home after our stay we got a room at a hotel nearby just to shower and stay some place clean for one night on our vacation. The icing on the cake was the fact that we were charged a decent amount of money when reserving the property for our vacation in the from of a cleaning fee.

Summer Getaway

Michele is a great host and we had a wonderful time! She was prompt and easy to communicate with and met us as soon as we pulled onto the island. The villa we stayed in was clean and just as shown. Our 1 year old loved the little loft and we had a great time!

Concert stay

Check in was very easy and the stay was great. Everything was just as it was listed online. The neighborhood was wonderful and the people all friendly. Thank you for offering the property, it was exactly what we needed.
