Birthday celebrations

The reservation part was great communication was also great. The house was exactly as pictures but the Recliners in the movie room some were not working went to plug them in but plug was broken. Also this particular house has a issue with multiple thugs working at the same time. So we kept turning the breaker back on. Honestly if we weren’t at the parks most of the time we would have asked to move houses and I’m sure the company would have been kind enough to accept.

Great property, okay mgmt

We really liked this property. It was clean and well maintained. The listing was accurate except that it did NOT have a BBQ grill as it stated. When I called Jeeves they basically said they could not help or give a refund even though they rent Grills for other properties. Basically, they wouldn’t honor the listing. There were several neighbors partying each night until 2-3 in the morning. It did not really bother us but be aware if you have young kids. We did like the house and would recommend it to others but we were disappointed with the management company response.

Awesome vacation!

The house was just as it looked in the pictures. It was very comfortable, nice decor, clean and worked well for our family. Not a lot of privacy at the pool but the neighbors were polite. All interactions with the staff at the clubhouse was excellent. We stayed several weeks and would do it again!
