Amazing location

Property was great. We loved spending the afternoon at the pool. It was also located in a great neighborhood, far enough from super touristy places, but walkable to everything!

Great location. Take note that there are steep stairs to the apartment. The owner is reachable almost immediately if something is needed.

Casa Sunset

A lovely location with spectacular views. We stayed 30 days in "Corazon," and then moved up to a rooftop suite, "Estralla," for an additional 30 days. The title "Casa Sunset," means exactly that, each night we enjoyed the sunset from one of the many rooftop pool decks.

Stairway to Heaven

Beautiful property with stunning views of PV. The property is very clean and safe. Short walks to the beach, multiple great restaurants, and the boardwalk. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit PV. *Note - there are a lot of steps and the property sits on a steep hill but it was not an issue for us and did not take away from our experiences.

We stayed 1 week at Casa Sunset/Corazon room. The room and amenities were exactly as described. The views are amazing. From the pool/deck, we could see whales spouting and fireworks from the pirate ship. The apartment was a 5 min walk to the beginning of the Malecón and walking distance to several restaurants. We really liked Taquitos Alcapulco-Vallarta for authentic Al pastor tacos and Lolita’s for breakfast or lunch. Also Mama Caguamas has live music and a local expat crowd. The property is on a steep hill so it is not appropriate for everyone. But we are in good physical condition and we walked to and from the Malecón every day. Liz was a wonderful hostess and even accommodated storing our luggage for a later flight. There is a nightly security guard which was a plus. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in PV.

Wonderful

I see that all the previous reviewers have listed the specifics and there are many, of this accommodation. All are true from the well stocked litchen, good appliances, king bed, the quiet at night, lovely outdoor spaces and exceptionally well cared for spaces.. The staff are very present and truly care about your experience. I was checked in on more than once.But besides these important specifics, I found the feeling of our condo to be peaceful, very comfortable and a wonderful counterpoint to the neighorhood which is bustling,enterprising and full of places to eat, drink and be merry. Below the condo, you can hear the clang of the church bells. Liz was more than a good communicator, she was very professional and when we had an issue with an alarm going off,her father came right away and fixed it. On Sunday! Liz is warm, friendly and will get back to you very quickly. This is a wonderful rental !

Second Time We Have Stayed Here

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is family owned and the family does everything possible to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. They are very accommodating and will go out of their way to assist you. The property is in a central location for restaurants and entertainment. You do have to climb anywhere from 40 to 90 stairs but the views are well worth it.

11 day stay with the assistance of host Liz was smooth sailing!!

The uphill climb to the property was not expected. The host Liz was available to assist us with our requests no matter how big or small. The condition and cleanliness was great. The view from the rooftop pool well worth the stay

Puerto Vallarta Vacation.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff and neighbours very friendly and were willing to provide any assistance if needed. View from the unit was good but the view from roof and pools were exceptional. Access to the Malecon was a short walk and the hill to the unit seemed to get easier as our two weeks went by. Liz , the Property Manager is a very personable person and a pleasure to talk to and cannot do enough to ensure you have a great vacation. Our next visit tp Puerto Vallarta will be at this complex as it meets all our needs for accommodation. Jack, Mary

Tropical Treasure

Old town charm, in a great neighborhood. Convenient to Malecon, markets, restaurants, and the beach! Fantastic view, stunning sunrises, sunsets, and the moon. Very relaxing, and Liz was fantastic to provide the comfort amenities necessary to make the experience truly amazing.
