Stayed Dec 27-Jan 2House was very spacious. Beds we used were very comfortable with each bedroom used having own ensuite and tv. Few minor hiccups along the way through no fault of their own were quickly dealt with. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Would return again.

Amazing location

We loved this property. The home was very clean, more than enough room for our family, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool & hot tub were incredible. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Really a pleasant stay!

We where 5 adults and 1 kid and had soo much space. The house is very nice and with all amenities you coukd wish for! Pool and spa is very good and warm and everything was just nice! And really nice owners and management to communicate with! Could nothing else than recommend this house!

Family Vacation

My family and extended family stayed for 1 week at the property. It was great place to stay for my teenage children who love the ping pong table and pool table. The pool was a fantastic place to relax every night and the spa got wonderfully hot. Everyone enjoyed their separate bedrooms and I would highly recommend.

The pool is a dream!!

This is a wonderful location and property. We’ve stayed in this development for the last couple of years but were unable to get the property. I was a bit nervous, switching houses, and thinking the pool would not be private as it’s the first house when you enter the gates. Was I wrong! The pool is a lovely, secluded setting kept at a toasty warm heat. We used it every night. We had a couple of questions arise during our stay and the property manager was very attentive. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home.

A couple cleanliness issues

My overall renting experience was great, we had a few problems as we discovered bugs on the bed by the guest suite by the pool. I did let Terry know about the issue before we left the property.

Very Happy!

We were a group of 9, that included 6 adults and 3 teenagers. The location of the house was within a gated community and really convenient as it was close to many adventure options. The house itself was large with room for everyone to have their own space if needed. It included all the dishes we required to prepare our meals for the week, lots of space to eat and plenty of fun options for the kids to enjoy some fun. The screened in pool area and game rooms were thoroughly enjoyed! Leading up to our stay, the owner was very prompt at responding to messages. During our stay, we had to reach out once to the Property Manager Terry and he was fantastic! Overall we were very happy with our vacation time at this house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home away from home.

A week away

The interior of the home was clean and comfortable. It was adequately supplied with all the necessities. The pool and spa water were clean. The pool deck surface is in desperate need of a good power wash as the black mildew is taking hold. There are ants that need attention also. The only other negative was the location of the home. It’s right beside the community gate and the noise level associated with that is quite high. It was 2 am every night before it was mostly quiet.

Thank you for choosing our home and your feedback Janice. Florida homes always have to get power wash, in which we do very frequent. Each month we spray the exterior of the home for insects, ants and pests. We do our best to control the ants, but Florida is paradise for them. Our community is one of the quiet neighborhoods. We have heard of one noise complaint in 4 years. In the future, you could let us know and we will contact the sheriff department. They will address the noise.

Great Spa/Pool

Pros: pool, Spa was great (best I've ever had in a rental property). Kitchen exceptionally well appointed with everything you need (we left a few things to add to it). TV's in every room, gated community. Games room in garage is awesome although I never used any of it except one game of pool. Con's: Noisy...with vehicle traffic most days - squealing tires, racing down the road outside the gated part of community, Loud music, etc.. Pool was not ready to use when we arrived but in fairness was looked after quickly (pool guy was awesome), Garbage cans in front of every house (HOA mandatory) in the driveways (critters must get in cans at night, garbage pieces in driveway almost every day to pick up ) - and its mandatory they must be left in front of the houses/garages - simply looks awful. Blinds missing slats, or pulls for the blinds were broken, top flew off the microwave one night cooking (had been duct taped on), wall mounted hairdryers in each bathroom, but not all worked...a number of other small annoyances that simply added up to some frustrations. We simply dealt with as much as possible without calling the property manager each time. Owner(s) seemed very good to deal with and responding to things...Property Manager was okay to deal with...in a nutshell property is a little tired but for the right price point it could make for a good holiday spot for the right people. We still did enjoy our stay, weather was awesome and property was adequate.

Met our needs but needs attention

We chose this house based on the great reviews for cleanliness, the bedroom/bathroom space and private pool. Overall, this house met our needs. The linens were clean, Wi-Fi was good for the kids and for working remotely when we needed to do some work. The kitchen is fully stocked with what we needed (pots/pans and utensils); there were no spices to found anywhere. The pool was fairly private, the house next door seems unoccupied, and we never saw any neighbors from the pool area. The biggest downfall of this house was the cleanliness. The carpets are horribly stained and dirty. There are large rugs covering a lot of the main floor carpet but those seem old and dirty as well. We did find out the owner is planning to replace the flooring after we leave…too bad we missed the update. We wiped up the dirty tile floors ourselves upon arrival. All the corners and floorboards are very dirty. The whole house needs a very thorough clean. The front door latch broke and we got locked out of the house. The property manager helped us get in and we remedied the latch to get us through our last couple days. We were not able to use foosball or ping pong due to lack of correct balls. The pool table had all the balls and good cues to play pool, but the triangle is needing to be replaced (it is broken). The board games were all mixed up and we could not find all the pieces to some of the games. Overall, if the owner gets the house a deep, thorough cleaning, this would be a nice place to stay. Other notables…the main floor toilet is loose from the floor and rocks. As does the toilet in the bedroom by the pool.

Will Definitely Stay Again

Only reason this property didn’t get a straight 5 is because the property has an ant issue. You can tell they treated for them but they were still on one of the counters. The property manager did offer to come spray but it was Thanksgiving so we said no. As they were just on the one counter. Other than that the property was clean, in a convenient location, and very nice. Definitely will book with them again.

Great Experience

This rental property was exactly like the pictures on the site…very nice and clean. Inside, was a person’s contact info just in case there were any issues. The only issue were with the TVs. The guy stayed on the phone with me until each TV was working properly. He was very nice and patient. I would definitely stay there again!
