Con 2 salas de estar y una cocina totalmente equipada, es ideal para que su familia se relaje y disfrute de la compañía de cada uno. La fabulosa piscina SOUTH FACING con una valla de seguridad para niños y sin vecinos traseros le brinda a todos más diversión y privacidad después de un largo día en Disney.

Esta casa está idealmente ubicada en el popular Solana Resort, un complejo vigilado las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, con una casa club, que se encuentra en la US 27 entre la ruta 192 y la autopista I-4. Es conocido como el 'Triángulo de oro' de villas de vacaciones. Solana Resort es el lugar perfecto. Está muy cerca de la I-4 en Champions Gate, que lo llevará a Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, playas en las costas este y oeste, centros comerciales, varios campos de golf de campeonato, Busch Gardens y el Centro Espacial. . Instructions on how to check in and out were very easy. Gated community and very safe. Convinient to many shopping malls. The place was very clean and cozy. The pool was very clean. Overall, an excellent place to stay. The family loved it and the wife was happy. Recommend this place to anybody 10/10 overall.

Great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. I paid extra for the pool to be warmed and it was warm in the morning and at night. The beds were comfortable and it was nice for us all to have our own bathrooms. The neighbors were friendly and the staff was very helpful. I texted the management team about a whole in the outside net and they answered quickly and a service person came the next morning. I would definitely booked this house again!

Nice Property

Our group has stayed in Solana many times and enjoy the gated community. This house is spacious giving everyone their own privacy. Located on US 27 with many restaurants in the area and Publix & Walmart just down the road. Michelle is the owner and wonderful to work with. Your satisfaction is her priority. We have given Michelle a few suggestions privately, but would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Michelle.

Great area, spacious home with enough room for everyone. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. One recommendation. Add pictures of the kitchen cookware and utensils, coffee maker etc. and include them on the website so people will know what they need to pack and what they can leave at . Our host was very patient and understanding of all the little questions we had and handled some very minor issues quickly and efficiently. Thanks for a wonderful family gathering

Would definitely stay again!

Our group of five ladies were very pleased with the house and even more pleased with the great experiences we had dealing with Michelle and the great service which we received . Her attention to our group was top notch and questions were answered promptly. The toaster didn’t work and by days end we had a brand new toaster delivered to the door. . We are Canadian and travel every year to Florida and this stay was restful and totally rejuvenating! There is so much room in the house and every room but one has its own bathroom which was a huge plus! We left a piece of luggage behind door when we left but no worries… thanks to Marcel the property manager :it was shipped to my home. We can’t wait till next year and we will be rebooking with Michelle

Home away from home

This was the perfect vacation home. My family and friends stayed the week of Labor Day. There was only six of us as 2 friends could not come as planned. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together as well as to themselves. The house was nice and clean as was the pool. I would probably have the pool heated next time if staying in September because we did not have any really hot days to help us enjoy the cold water but we still enjoyed the pool. We normally travel with our own charcoal grill for personal reasons and had not noted that charcoal was not allowed until the last minute before leaving for our trip. Michelle was quick and easy about taking care of this for us and we were able to use the house grill. The house is located in a short ditance to the gate and clubhouse but we could use the clubhouse amenities either due to the weather or no staff but this did not take away from our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed being at this house relaxing and enjoying each other's company. If you are looking for a great home away from home this is it! Thanks Michelle, we appreciate kindness. Sandra

Loved the home!

We would definitely rent this home again! Very close to the grocery store and not to far from the parks! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. If your looking for a good size home with all of the amenities I would pick this one!

My experience

The place was extremely dirty, not like a mess, everything was tidy and put in place, but the grill was full of grease and dirt, along with the pool patio doors, just absolutely disgusting. Almost all doors in the house did not lock, including bathroom doors. The worst part of it was the shower curtain had mold growing on it. The whole house was infested with roaches and maybe even bed bugs. The area of the house is amazing this is our second time staying in Solana but we definitely over payed for this one. We had family staying in another house maybe 5 minute walk away and there home was much cleaner and they paid a little over half of what we paid. The owner of the home always responded quick and timely. I do not necessarily blame them for the state of the house, Im sure they hadn't visited in a while, but that being said the house needs a fumigation and new knobs and just a deep cleaning in general. It is not okay to stay in a house this dirty ever. I would not recommend staying in this home, not in the state it was when we visited it at least. I would recommended to keep looking around Solana area, you might find a better deal and a less disgusting house. ( I do have pictures and videos of the house and the dirt, mold, and bed bug bites we received while sleeping but unfortunately I can not add them to my review )

TOTALLY shocked by this review. We require our guests to report any problems within 24 hours so we can address them ASAP. You didn't report any of these during the stay. The only thing we heard from you was the Wifi on the 2rd day. I talked to you and you said it worked well on your second try and thanked me for the quick response. Nothing else was mentioned. You wouldn't have stayed if the house was like what you claimed here. You didn't even order grill rental. The grill at the side of the house was for the previous renter. You didn't suppose to use it. After we received this review, Florida Pest Control was called to verify the bugs claim. Absolutely no bed bugs!! We have the report from that company as a proof. The group that checked in right after you enjoyed the stay and had no problem at all. There were no roaches either, only a few palmetto bugs got in from the garage through the game room door. They were sprayed already. The palmetto bugs are very popular in that area. All home owners battle with them every year. That's why we advise our guests to keep the doors closed and do pest control monthly. If you let us know during the stay, we would have sprayed right away. It's not fair to us that you make these false claims after found out another family got a cheap house later. While we can't control which home people choose, but we always try our best to offer our guests the best experience possible. We not only clean the house, we also have separate inspector to check the house before each arrival. Additionally we always address any unexpected issues very quickly to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this exact property and as our last visit the stay was great. Michelle responded to every concern in a timely matter and the house was extremely clean. Obviously because of Florida as usual we expect some bugs and there were ants in the master but I seen the company come around spraying so even without being brought to attention stuff is always taken care of :). It was a pleasure working with Michelle and deff will be in the future again.

Beautiful upon entry, spacoius, nice pool. Dryer vent needs to be replaced, completely torn, refrigerator broken parts, ants and some cockroaches. Toilet paper is cheap, 2 rolls per bathroom for a group of 11 would be nice. Kitchen chairs broken down padding; inexpensive fix.

It's nice to know that you like the house and the nice pool. Thanks for letting us know the few things. We do inspection before and after each stay. The maintenance team had fixed the dryer vent, the handle on the fridge and the chair padding. Very easy fixes. Sound like ants followed the delicious grilled food inside. So were the palmetto bugs (NOT cockroaches). They look like roaches, but they are not roaches. They are palmetto bugs, which belong to outside, very popular in that area and get inside through opening doors, just like other insects. That's why we tell our guests to keep the doors closed and we do pest control every month. We sprayed the house again and got rid of them already. We provide 6 rolls of toilet paper for each stay which should be enough for normal use. Thanks for the comments. We take them seriously and work hard to improve our services to make each stay as enjoyable as possible.

Nice house and neighborhood

Overall this was a nice house in a nice resort. It was very spacious, especially considering the cost. We ran into a few issues (air conditioning stopped working, blood on sheets, limited towels), but the owner was very responsive. For example, the air conditioning was fixed the day after we reported it at night. The pool at the house was great, and the resort pool was very nice also.

Good location!!!

It was great location and the check in process was good. We had to call for fixing a couple of doors and sinks and they came right away. No toilet paper or shampoo provided, just soap. Towels were not of the best quality but we made it work. It was good place to stay for the money.

We actually provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, as mentioned in the check-in package, "align with the common practice of Orlando short-term vacation rentals (self-catering), an initial supply of basic necessities such as toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs are provided. We enjoyed our stay in the house that served as a home away from home

We arrived late in the evening and we are all tried from the trip but the check in was short and simple so we appreciate that and when we reached the house the lights were on as to welcome us. The house is clean and spacious and beautiful. The pool heat was on and the kids went right on even for just a short swim. The community is gated so we feel secured. The resort has a big heated pool which we went and enjoyed in our last day after the 4 days of Disney hectic visit but it was lots of fun. We treasured our memorable time we spend in Florida and the house we rented. Michelle J was very easy to deal with. We will come again in the future. And will definitely recommend this property to our friends and families. Thank you so much Michelle and company
