The house was well kept and clean. Loved the attention to detail like extra coffee pods, trash bags, toiletries, spices, paper products, etc. Andy was great with communication and making sure our stay was pleasant. Beautiful view and location was great. Would stay there again.

Beautiful waterfront view with great outdoor space. All basics provided - beds comfortable - host provided great communication. House was clean, tidy, roomy but definitely old with dated bathrooms. Would return & recommend but the cost is very overpriced for the accommodations.

Great location and perfect for our needs host was very helpful and quick response on questions. We had two boats and had room for both in driveway. Boat ramp 2 miles away.

The location was perfect for our needs - weather cooperated so we enjoyed an afternoon on the deck. House provided nearly everything we could need with plenty of extra paper product back up as well. This was a “necessary” stay - not getaway or vacation - otherwise I would NEVER have paid the price to reserve here. The quoted daily price was HALF the total costs once all fees were added. COMPLETELY overpriced considering the age of the home & the lack of “luxury” amenities. Would not book again unless priced accordingly.

Large bedrooms, small bathrooms. Several step ups and down, not perfect for a toddler. Had a musty smell, had to purchase glade plug ins. Needs a couple of non stick fry pans. Would suggest having the property sprayed for spiders and deep cleaning under sink and cabinets where mouse traps are.

Good Location

We are folks that like neat clean places to stay. We found that in this property. We live in country setting, enjoyed the free ranging chickens a few place down road.

Wonderful House with Beautiful View

Great house with plenty of room for a large family. Communication was awesome! The view was beautiful of the water. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time. The house is clean and right on the water. We enjoyed a daytrip to Boldt castle and another jaunt to sachets harbor. FYI - this house is not great for mobility challenges or overly tall folks. The online pictures don’t totally show how low the ceilings are. My friend is 6ft 8- and was routinely hitting his head on moldings and lower thresholds. The floors have many different levels so you will be stepping up and down as you go. No reason to worry if you’re under 6 feet. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Charming little home with pretty decor. Lovely home right on the water. Walking distance to some local places. Winery is 1/2 mile down the road. Host is very responsive to texts and calls. We would recommend this rental. We would gladly use it again.

Get-away on the Bay

We enjoyed the back deck immensely - lots of room and beautiful peaceful views. The house had most everything we needed but is unique in layout. There is an ensuite downstairs, with the other three bedrooms up a narrow stairway that may be difficult for some to navigate (it was interesting to get the luggage up). Location is nice – just outside a small town, within easy reach of lots of sites and adventures. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.

Perfect for a large family!

Cottage was fully stocked.The house was big enough for a large family. Several games to keep the family busy on a rainy day. The host was great with communication. There was an issue with one of the showers and the host communicated immediately before we arrived to try and fix the issue. He did have to come back to work on the shower but was very polite to ensure he was not bothering us during our stay. The issue was resolved. Beds were comfortable. Are family had a good time. Close restaurants, ice cream stand. Great location to the Thousand Islands.
