Imagine yourself in a charming penthouse flat, nestled in the heart of the village. 12-foot windows bath the space in warm southern sunlight, you'll feel like you're in a cozy sanctuary. Walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, and bars, all while enjoying peace and quiet. After a thrilling day on the mountain, unwind by the fire with a glass of wine and your favorite show on the big screen. Plus, enjoy FREE PARKING throughout your stay.

Complimentary secure bike and ski storage, along with convenient coin laundry facilities. Welcome to your slice of paradise!

Located within the village but without the noise! The unit is on the top floor and backs onto Florence Peterson park, a quiet green space. Excellent coffee shops, groceries, shopping and bars are seconds away.

Early checkin and late checkout may be available for a small fee.
Please let me know when you check out! It really helps me plan my day. Occupying the unit past checkout (10am) will result in a charge of $100 unless otherwise prearranged.

No additional guests inside my home other than the amount listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests inside my home will result in paying a fine of $200 and termination of your reservation without refund.

You are required to let me know for approval of any additional guests that may be joining you at any time.

No smoking, no pets and no parties. This is a building Bylaw. Breaking this rule will incur being charged $200

Quiet times between 10pm and 8am. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 FOR BREAKING THIS RULE.

If the unit is left excessively dirty/messy, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100

Great spot where you can walk everywhere

Great spot for our family! Place is well maintained and clean. Amazing location where we could walk everywhere. Really quick and easy communication with the owner. Access to the hot tub, sauna and gym was a nice extra as well!

Winter Wonderland

The minute you step out of the unit it’s a winter wonderland of beautiful lights! Whistler is magical in December. The unit easily accommodated four adults. Check-in was easy. Location is great with walking distance to everything. Parking is secure. Quiet location with view of the gondolas. Kitchen is well supplied for in unit meals. We would happily book here again.

Modern village penthouse

This was such a lovely place to stay in Whistler. Bright and beautiful apartment in a great location. Christian was an incredible host. He got back to us right away and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would for sure try to rent this apartment again!

This condo is conveniently located in the village. Easy check-in process. Everything you need. The property's extra amenities were a bit packed, but the unit itself was well maintained and great for two people.

5th Floor Condo

Nice condo. Clean, comfortable, great location! Free parking is a 5 minute walk away, you will only need your car to leave the village. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, remodeled shower, cable TV, fireplace. Host was easy to communicate with.

Lovely and exactly as promised

The place is exactly as the details shared, very clean and nicely remodeled. Kitchen provided everything we needed. The location was fantastic for our needs. Loved the multiple restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Access to the resort and lost lake trailhead worked great for us. Property staff were super helpful. At the property, we used the hot tub, laundry, bike storage, all as expected. I highly recommend!

Nice location - expensive - complicated

Unit was clean and well equipped. Room code and after hours building code was unnecessarily complicated. VRBO pricing was in $US (not $CDN) making it much more expensive than expected. That coupled with a required early checkout did not make it a good value. Will not be returning.

Cozy and cute

Whistler is without a doubt a beautiful town. Walking into the condo building it didn't look as updated as expected and the elevator at times was loud, so we opted for the stairs when we didn't have luggage. However the second we stepped inside the condo everything changed. This place is super cute, it is small but the decor and location were perfect! Victoria was quick to respond before booking and before arrival. If you don't need a lot of space this place should definitely be your spot. The bed was comfy and although it was cold and rainy while we stayed, the balcony off the living area appeared to have a beautiful, peaceful view. We absolutely adored this condo and hopefully we will be back to enjoy it and all of Whistlers wonders soon!

Lovely Escape for Two

My husband has always been hesitant about using VRBO. So having him say the bed, pillows, linens and location where great says a lot - if not to you, to me. The whole place was great I picked this for the tall windows of the top floor loft and access to the outside porch for sitting. The kitchen was well appointed - but we did not cook in. Our visit was the end of September; not for skiing. The location worked well for us. Easy access to everything, but not in the super congested, busy area. BEST Coffee right downstairs, Walk around Lost Lake - gorgeous and easy. Delicious Italian a short walk around the corner and the best sushi at the bottom of the Excalibur Gondola. The view at the top of this Gondola is incredible. When coming to Whistler, I would stay here again. My one comment would be - the access codes are too long for my brain. Good place for 2 - cozy and romantic.

Had to find another place to stay at 11 pm at night

Everything was smooth till we opened the door of the suite. The curry smell in the suite was so overpowering to the point it made you feel nauseous from the smell. The owner came over immediately however he was rude and very aggressive, first comment was ..I can’t make people like you happy, so you should just leave. I explained I also have vacation rentals. He said it did not smell like that 2 hours prior. He suggested it was coming from another unit. This was impossible as there was no odour in the hall nor did the other tenants on each side have the smell in their units. He was running his a/c unit which I assume was to rid the place of the smell as the weather was not that warm to be running a/c in May in Whistler. He obviously knew of the problem and tried to put the blame on someone else. We told him we would go eat and come back to see if it had improved. We also encountered food in the refrigerator, the owner said it was his lunch but it certainly put us off on the cleanliness of the refrigerator. Lastly the patio was so dirty and he said it wasn’t patio season so he never cleaned it, however he said he had taken the tarp off the furniture that afternoon. When we returned at 11 pm 6 hrs later, the smell was the same so we left and had to search for another place to stay at 11 pm. The owner refunded our money and normally I would leave it there. However the owner was so rude and aggressive towards us I felt it necessary to provide this review.

The perfect trifecta!

Prime location, free parking and sparkling clean! Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Christian was immediately responsive. The location is super - right in town and a stroll from everything. The unit is QUIET so no problem sleeping after a long day of hiking. The ONLY thing to note if you stay in the summer is that there is A/C but it is only in the bedroom and the condo can get quite warm if Whistler is having a heat wave (like when we were there).

Incredible stay!

What a wonderful place to stay for our trip! Beautiful condo with great views, shopping & restaurants out the front door, comfortable bed & all the amenities you’ll need. The hosts are fantastic & take pride in their guests comfort. We’ll definitely return when our travels take us to Whistler again.

Clean, cute place that was perfectly located. Great place for a little getaway. It was hot when we visited, and while the living room got a little warm, the a/c unit in the bedroom was awesome! Hosts were super quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Super happy with our stay :)

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal for people to come and enjoy what Whistler has to offer. It is in a convenient location that will never be loud from the late night clubs or busy areas in town. You can access everything in Whistler village on foot from our location but if it's snowing, raining or you are wearing those awesome heels, there are shuttles and taxis anytime of day.

You have a quiet private space with bright light and great views with a hot tub and gym just downstairs. You can see Whistler and Blackcomb from the tall windows and can reminisce on which runs you flew down during the day. After dark, you can meander the village or sit in front of the fireplace and watch a movie all cozy on the couch.

What makes this property unique

We looooove the bright light streaming into our space. Whistler has many spaces but not a lot with great exposure and natural light. After living here for 15 years, we have an enormous appreciation for natural light in our living space. Not only that, there's a view!!

We also really like the beautiful island as we find it very useful and an excellent place to socialize or get work done (whether it's cooking or real life work). Who can deny a a nice hot shower under a rain style shower head after a long day on the slopes? Not us, we love that too.
