Why Randy Williams chose Lower Grand Lagoon
I enjoy spending time on the beach, fishing, and diving. Treasure Island is such a great location. It's quite, right on the beach, and perfect for families and couples alike. I looked at several over the years and chose Treasure Island because of the large size of the unit, the location on the east end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, and because the building and grounds were well maintained.Also Schooner's the beach bar is 100 yards away and Patches(military patches) bar is a short walk the other way.
What makes this Condo unique
I've seen manatees, rays, sharks, dolphins, and lots of other sealife from the balcony. Pelicans cruise by at eye level. Building sand castles and chasing seagulls with our kids. Finding that perfect shell and enjoying God's creation.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
