READY FOR A VACATION? Enjoy relaxing in our beautiful penthouse condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at Treasure Island Resort on the east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. We are just a few short miles from all of the Grand Lagoon marinas, Captain Anderson's, the pirate and catamaran cruises, as well as St. Andrews State Park, and within walking distance of many restaurants, including Schooners Beach Club.

A pair of reserved beach chairs and umbrella for relaxing on the beach are included in your stay (seasonal March-October)!

Treasure Island is one of Panama City Beach's most deluxe resorts. The complex features:
• a beautiful 120 feet long, oceanfront seasonally heated Swimming Pool
• an expansive Sun Deck

• an on-site Snack Bar located adjacent to the pool hosted by Liza's Kitchen (seasonal)
• Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators.

OUR UNIT FEATURES:
• 1370 square feet of spacious living area with nine (9) foot ceilings
• Two bedrooms with a 65 inch living room TV and smart TV’s in the bedrooms, a built-in bunk bed area with two twin bunk beds, and queen sleeper sofa. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
• Large, fully outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or beverage
• Dining area adjacent to the kitchen with dining table that seats six
• Full size washer and dryer in a separate utility room
• 9 foot deep, 30 feet wide, Gulf Front balcony that provides 270 square feet to relax and enjoy a breath taking panoramic penthouse view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room.
• Free Wireless Internet
• Ceramic tile floors in all rooms
• Towels and linens are provided but bring your beach towels.

NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
• We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING AND NO PETS
• Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am (Central Time Zone)
• County and state taxes are not included in rates.
• Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.
• A payment of 25% is required to reserve our condominium.
• Payment of the balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival.

All guests must register online or check in at the Treasure Island Condo Assoc upon arrival and pay a $35 registration fee. Two parking spaces are included in the registration fee.

Magical place!

The condo is lovely and the penthouse balcony gives you an incredible view of the clear emerald green waters of the gulf. Getting to look down of the firework shows or being eye level with them made it an outstanding Fourth of July. And the sunsets are stunning! Super comfortable beds. We never waited long for elevators.

great getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The views were spectacular , especially seeing the wildlife. We saw manatees, rays- large and small, dolphins, sharks and misc. fish, all from our balcony. The loungers on the balcony were great. We spent so much time there! The appliances were all in good condition, there was plenty of cookware and table service. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting St Andrews State Park. It is the quiet end of the beach but there is plenty to see and do. We hope to be back!

Great Stay Minor Issues

Great place for my husband and I. We had our daughter and son and 3 grandchildren. Nice and clean, beautiful view at night across the city. Only issues we had was not being able to sign into the WiFi. Called technical support number from the email and they couldn’t help. That was a bummer. Then we got locked out onto the beach for a while as our code given to us to use in the email didn’t work. Finally got maintenance to answer and they gave me the right one and everything was perfect after that. Kids loved the heated pool after being in the oven. Overall would book with them again.

not what we expected this year

The tornado damage to the area was awful. The resort itself had pool and hot tub repairs that took a bit. The balconies had regular maintenance going on that was the duration of our stay, making for limited use.Even after our balcony was done the grit, smell and noise continued around us. The owners were prompt in resolution of an appliance problem. The resort staff works hard to keep it all clean.Our stay was just impacted with unfortunate circumstances.

In desperate need of a deep clean…

Upon entering the condo, there was a clean scent; however, the sand beneath your feet while walking around was not very welcoming. As we explored the unit, the floors were spotty and sticky, urine drops below the toilet, etc. the kitchen counters had a film on them, the kitchen sink was not cleaned, had coffee grinds in it along with God knows what. The coffee maker was not clean and had something on the top of it. The top of the stove was not clean. The beds were neatly made. The Master bathroom mirrors looked as tho someone had just brushed their teeth and had splashes all over the mirror, the sink was not clean, the cabinet doors had drips of I don’t know what on them. There was visible mold growing on the ceiling in both the shower area and toilet area. After showering and opening the shower door, black stuff fell from the door, after wiping it down, it was clearly not cleaned in quite some time. I immediately brought these concerns to the owner, he swiftly contacted the cleaning company and had them scheduled to come out in the morning. The cleaning lady came to the condo and cleaned the bathroom cabinets and mopped the entire unit. Very nice lady, she explained to me that owners have the choice to complete a deep clean once a year and said that the unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. I emailed the owner and sent additional photos of neglected areas. I am not sure if the unit will get the attention needed.

Great family vacation

Our family of 5 enjoyed a great stay at Larry & Cathy’s place in PCB. Our son & daughter (14 & 10) stayed in the bunk beds, our 16YO stayed the queen bedroom and we felt right at home in the master. The property is nice with great pool & beach areas. The property is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, very close to Capt Anderson’s which we really enjoyed. I had one issue with a bathroom light not working properly but I texted Larry and maintenance was there in less than 30 mins with a replacement light. Great communication, great location, great week away before schools starts back. Highly recommend.

Amazing vacation

We took the kids to treasure island for a week and had an amazing trip. The condo was well kept and we loved being able to walk to sombreros and schooners to eat dinner. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and we never had issues finding a seat by the pool. The kids cannot wait to return!

Perfect Stay

This was our 3rd time to rent this unit and we will continue coming back. The views can’t be beat. The unit is stocked with everything you need and toiletries to get you started. The kids love the bunks and say they are very comfortable. The only issue we had (and I shouldn’t even really call it an issue) was not being able to locate sheets for the pullout sofa bed. We were able to make it work though and it wasn’t a big deal at all. Knowing we had to leave was the worst thing about this unit… it was hard to step away from the balcony view. I can’t wait to come back!

Great unit with a view.

First time in this unit. Second stay at treasure island. This is a quiet end of the beach. Wow, is this unit high on the 23rd (top) floor. If you like to see a long way and watch ospreys fly right by, then this is what you’re looking for. Still plenty of beach and water sounds but a bit removed from sounds being too close. Furniture was nice. No problems with any furnishings. Master bed was comfortable for us.

I love this property as a whole. The condo was awesome. When we arrived the place was ready to go. The only complaint and it really isn't a complaint but more of a suggestion for the older generations that visit this condo would be to add some sort of grab bar in the bathroom area. Otherwise, this place is a wonderful spot to enjoy the views and take in the sounds of the ocean.

Treasure Island is an ideal destination for a family looking for a fantastic beach getaway. It is located on 420 feet of beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Thomas Drive area is less congested and provides easy access to any points on or down the beach. St. Andrews State Park and the Marinas are just minutes away. The Panama City Beach Sports Complex is only 5.5 miles from Treasure Island.
