This condo unit has been completely refurnished from the top all the way down. You will find a FULLY equipped kitchen to prepare a wonderful meal, just add food. All the furniture has been replaced as well as all the decorations. All the bedding and towels are new including the pillows which are available in multiple firmness selections. It is my goal to make you a repeat guest and to have you tell all your friends about what a wonderful experience you had!

Why Michael Yura chose Warrior's Mark, Warrior's Mark West

The Corral at Breckenridge is located in the perfect spot! Being at the southern end of town you get all the benefits of being right near the center of it all. You are a short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, a small food store, the post office, many restaurants and several ski and bike rental shops. The good part is being at the southern end of town also gives you a more laid back and quieter atmosphere.

What makes this condo unique

It is my hope that this condo unit will give you a complete Rocky Mountain experience. The unit is completely refurnished and just about everything else is new and fresh all the way to the towels and linens. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the cooking hardware I could possibly imagine you would need on a trip to Breckenridge. The facility has just about everything you could need including a 16 person hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room, heated driveway and a well stocked game room.

Such a great location, only a few blocks from town. Michael is great to work with and will answer any questions you have. The most well furnished vacation rental we have ever rented. When we come back to the area we will definitely rent again!

This is exactly what we look for in a ski condo

Everything in this condo is done well. Plenty of room, very clean, modern, laid out well. It has everything you need, and little extras thrown in. The location is hard to beat, both the lifts and town are a short easy walk. The owner has made checking in and out as simple as it gets, and is always available if you have any questions.

Excellent condo especially for those who enjoy cooking

Having stayed in numerous condos in Breckenridge over several years, including three in the Broken Lance Drive area, this has been to most comfortable and well equipped unit. The kitchen is especially well equipped with an excellent set of crockery, pans, knives, etc. The walk to the Quicksilver lift is only 5-7 minutes, so quite accessible.

The condo's location was great. It was well appointed and very clean.

Our stay at Christmas was perfect. The condo was only a five minute walk from the Peak 9 lift. We were only a short 5 to 10 minute walk from downtown Breckenridge and never had to move our car all week. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and all of the utensils necessary to make a holiday meal. Michael the owner was great to work with. We had a great vacation and will most certainly return.

You will be just a short walk from the entertainment and excitement of Main Street Breckenridge and still find yourself lodging in a quite and relaxing neighborhood.
