Great place!

Carrie was so wonderful answering my questions and she was a very kind and attentive host. We stayed with our 3 teenagers and our dog and there was enough room for everyone. Loved it and would definitely go back next time we are in Texoma!

Thanksgiving 2017

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, incredibly clean on the inside, and came with a fully equipped kitchen - important for our Thanksgiving dinner. The owners were very accommodating and able to take us in on short notice, which was a life saver since we had a last minute change with another property. If ever in the area again we would certainly opt to stay here.

Very comfortable and relaxing!

We came out for a weekend of fishing and relaxing and the over-the-garage unit had everything we needed to make it perfect. Our dog Meatball loved hanging out on the porch with me watching people putt at the hole behind the property. We are going back home refreshed!

Best spot in Denison!

This was my second stay at Circle B. I didnt even bother to look for other places! The spot is just perfect. It’s private, comfortable, clean, and great for my family and I to stay while in Denison. Access to just about anywhere is quick and easy. Carrie and Cavin are great people and very accessible any time. This has become my go-to spot should I find myself in the area! Rent with confidence and peace of mind and just enjoy the stay!!

Super comfortable and private!!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very private. Carrie greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around, and was just a great host overall. Very attentive to an issue that came up but that was the city's fault and not theirs, but she still stayed in touch to make sure we were ok. The apartment is very private, great view, and overall just awesome. Definitely will keep the place boommarked in case I come thru the area again. Thanks!!

Quiet Location Overlooking Golf Course

First off, the owners are a delight to work with. Booked this location on a Friday afternoon requesting to stay Sat-Mon. Owners responded within hours. They also responded with great restaurant locations when we asked. (Check out the Farmstead in nearby Colbert). The property is as described with a very large living/den area combined with the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or you can go back out to Hwy 75 and go south one exit and find dozens of places to eat. There is also a small grill on the porch should you want to grill outside. The owners are just down the stairs from this unit, but we never knew they were there as they give you your privacy. The only watch-out are the steps. This is not a place for those with mobility issues. Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two bedroom and can be a little loud if you are sleeping, but other than that, this is a nice BIG property with plenty of solitude. Oh, and after you find the drive the first time, coming and going is a snap!

HS Fishing Tournament

The house was excellent and close to the boat ramp where we launched everyday. It checked off all the boxes we wanted and we will definitely be back with the next tournament and possibly just for some time away to fish with no pressure. :)

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay at Carrie’s place. The living space was very spacious and well furnished. The area is away from the city hustle bustle but yet close enough to stores n restaurants. There is a lovely walking trail right behind the house which was enjoyed by all of us. Carrie was also quick to respond to my questions and helped us with suggestions for things to do in the area. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed the big, roomy living room and kitchen area. It was nice to be out in the country, yet still be just minutes from town or the interstate highway. The owners were awesome to quickly get back to me in all communications. Enjoyed our stay!!

This place is a counrty gem!

Carrie and Cavin have got to the best hosts I have ever experienced on any of my vacatoin rental experiences. They made a last minute accomidation for us that was nothing less then stellar!! Their rental is extremely comfortable and very well stocked. The location was perfect for an outdoor adventure with a golf course in the back yard and Lake Texoma provided us a very nice outdoor trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to escape the city and still live in style!

Stay #2 at Denison on golf club

We enjoyed our first stay at this location so much that we booked again for our one week return trip with our son. This location provides everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, and spacious home with everything you could possibly need. We thank you again for a wonderful stay an hope to book again next year for any return trips we have to visit our daughter.

We built the detached garage/apartment when our children were teenagers. They are now both living away. Because it is empty most of the time we wanted to share it with others. It is a great location with a nice view.

You will enjoy the wrap around 2nd-floor deck overlooking the abandoned golf course (sad) and lake on the golf course. Beautiful sunset views. Great walking trails on the cart paths.
