6 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpyhuoneen, 2 täyden keittiön talo vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaikista ravintoloista, urheilubaareista, kaupoista ja kauniista rannoista Konan sydämessä! Vain mäkeä ylös rauhallisella alueella ilman liikenteen melua erittäin rauhallisella alueella, mutta lähellä kaupunkia! Täydellinen paikka!
Tilava 2600 neliömetrin kaksikerroksinen talo, jossa on kaksi täysin varustettua keittiötä, päälle näköalapaikka, jossa on portaikko ja alakerrassa katettu terassi, jossa on bbq.
Pääsy erilliseen pesutupaan, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Yksityinen pysäköinti tiloissa. Nelipolttinen grilli. Roskakori ja kierrätä alue.
Tarkistamme vieraamme henkilökohtaisesti johtajamme kanssa. Jos vieraillamme on jotain, jos on ongelmia tai toimintahäiriöitä, hän on vain puhelun päässä ongelman ratkaisemiseksi.
Naapurimaissamme on kaukana päätieltä, pienestä mäkeä ylös erittäin rauhallisella ja hiljaisella alueella. Kaikki naapurit ovat erittäin hiljaisia ja kunnioittavat kaikkia. Korkeat banaani- ja ficuspuut antavat yksityisen tunteen.
Julkista liikennettä tarjotaan kadun varrella paikallisen bussipysäkin päässä noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Vuokra-ajoneuvoja voi vuokrata Konan lentokentältä varaamalla. Vuokrattavana myös Keikille (vauva / imperiumi / lapsi) i. e. lastenrattaat, pack n play, pinnasängyt, turvaistuimet jne.

Kona House

The property was great and the host was very nice. She provided some Christmas decorations and we had fun decorating. Hawaii is very beautiful and the house was in a good location. Loved it. We all had a great time.

Friends' vacation

We had plenty of private and communal space to rest and hang out with each other. We like being so close to town, so we don't always have to drive each time we went out.

Great house

Great family Getaway

We had a great stay in Kona- 3 families (6 adults) with kids from 18 months to 10. The location was very convenient to everything and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Kona Getaway

We had a great time at the Downtown Gem. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and main street in Kona. The area around the unit is a little run down but the house itself is great. Perfect for a large group.

Perfect for our group

This was the perfect fit for our group of two families. Each floor had a different kitchen and living area. The house was clean and within walking distance to fun restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Perfect home for our family of 10. Great location-10-15 min walk to restaurants, shopping and the ocean. Beach towels, beach toys and coolers are provided. The kids loved the boogie boards! Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book this home again.

Wonderful location and beautiful house!! Had all we needed and plenty of room!!

This house was great!! It went above and beyond our expectations. There is plenty of room for everyone and two kitchens!! We enjoyed staying here very much and hope to be back. Jeri and her managers were extremely helpful. The house is gorgeous and decorated wonderfully. We felt right at home here.

Great for families and larger parties!

I was pleasantly surprised that the house was even better than the pictures online. There was so much room and having two kitchens made it easier for families. Anyone looking for a clean spacious house for your family to stay this is the perfect place. We would definitely use this rental again. Management and the owners we're Beyond gracious and so helpful.

Excellant experience

We came for a softball tournament and this house accomedated all of us and we did t even feel crowded. It is such a perfect and comfortable home. We loved it. The property manager, Chris, is so friendly and awesome. Totally recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Amazing experience!!

The house was above and beyond our expectations. We had a group of nine, and the house accomidated all of us extremely well! The ammenities provided (kitchen appliances, towels, etc.) were helpful and very nice. Chris the manager was so helpful and accomidating and Jeri was bery vigilant in all contact with me prior, during and after our stay! I will definitely come back when I return to Kona!

Spacious coastal retreat

This property truly lived up to it's description, more than enough room for a party of eight. This very spacious and comfortable townhouse offered our family of eight adults a space to be together and enough space for personal down time. The extras like the snorkelling gear allowed us to enjoy the many great spors near Kona to enjoy the under water life and turtles. Put simply this home has everything and you instantly feel at home.

Perfect Hawaiian Family Vacation

Everything about this property is fantastic. The location is perfect - easy to walk to town and get to just about anywhere. The house is very clean, has a great layout and just about everything you will need - including some beach stuff. The house provided plenty of room for everyone in our family (6 adult and two kids) - space to spend as a family and privacy when needed. The owners are great - highly responsive and so very nice :). I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. I know we will in future visits to Kona.

It was ideal for our family

For the nine of us this property was great. Grandparents had a bedroom. Each married child and spouse had a bedroom and the three grandchildren had their own rooms. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were a few minutes from downtown and from the beaches. And let us emphasize there were no bed bugs. A previous reviewer claimed that, apparently to get some money back. You will have a great vacation here!

Fit our entire family!

We took our family to Hawaii as a celebration and there was plenty of room for all of us. We each had our own bedrooms, and the bathrooms were plentiful. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on the premises. As other reviewers have said, it didn't have central air. Very few homes on the island seemed to have it. There were fans in each room which helped at night. We did see a bug or two in the house, but there were hundreds outside, so that didn't surprise us. It was a great location for groceries, restaurants by the pier, and even a pharmacy when we needed it. It was easy to get to our snorkeling and manta ray excursion. We had two rental cars and we were able to park both of them in the driveway. There were beach supplies that we borrowed. We really appreciated the coolers so we could pack a lunch and take it the day we needed it. Overall, it was a great location and great house that provided us with the ability to be with our family, yet have private rooms in case we needed some time away from our family.

Almost everything was great

The house was great. We all enjoyed our 3-night stay. The one complaint is that the travel crib (in the listing) was broken. We rented the house in part because we were travelling with a 2-year-old and the listing said there is a travel crib. With no travel crib, we would not have rented the house. When we found the crib, the mattress was missing and the frame was broken on two sides. It was unusable. We contacted Jeri immediately and she gave us the name of a place that would deliver one the next day.....if we wanted to rent one. She flatly refused to pay for the rental. I don't blame her for having a broken crib; perhaps the last renter broke it. However, I expect the host to provide what is promised.

Hillside home

This property was perfect for us, our adult children & our grandchildren. We walked down to the pier each of the evenings that we were in Kona to view the beautiful sunsets. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away & restaurants downtown.

Originally from Southern California, both Jeri and Steve met here on the Big Island in the early seventies. Married since 1979, and have a son named Chris. Our love for the ocean and island life has kept us here ever since. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

We love the location close to town, where the beach is just a few minutes walking distance. Shops and restaurants are endless fun, and the Farmer's Market provides local fruits and vegetables, flowers, and local gift shopping.

The view from the upper floor is beautiful, with the blue water sunsets, and with a classic view of the mountainside as well. The covered downstairs patio is a place to be outside with privacy. It is a nice cool, quiet, hilltop compound, where you can relax. The driveway is lined with banana trees fresh to pick from. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of shade. It is a very unique place, which made us fall in love with it!!
