We would like to confirm that, onc notified our management company attended the villa to address and resolve the concerns raised. We also wish to clarify that all arrival details, including the villa information and access code, were sent prior to your check-in. These were delivered to both your VRBO inbox and your personal email address ahead of your arrival. In addition, we were advised that the review submitted was written out of frustration due to being unable to cancel your holiday. While we accommodated your request to move your dates, we do operate under a strict cancellation policy, which was communicated at the time of booking. We fully appreciate the inconvenience and disappointment you felt, and we are reviewing the matter thoroughly with our management team to ensure our standards are upheld.
