What an incredible experience, location is fantastic for a family to be close enough to amenities. Protaras is just down the road, 10 minute walk maybe and there’s a lovely welcoming buzz around the place, restaurants are great also. All in all, we’re already looking to book this villa for next year. Thank you so much!!!

Good location, shops bars restaurants close by.Villa needs some updating, oven, ironing board replacing. Also most of the pillows were badly stained, bath could be replaced.Outside shower tray cracked.

The villa is lovely, nice comfortable beds which is what was need as we didnt arrive till 2.30am . We had bread ,milk juice, and water there for us which was a great help so thankyou so much for that the villa is in a nice quiet area and just a short walk to all shops bars and restaurants .

Amazing Villa and Pool

We had such a lovely time in this spacious and well equipped villa. It was comfortable and very clean. The air con was very effective and we slept well. The welcome provisions and soap, toilet roll and kitchen accessories were really appreciated. The water cooler dispenser was a super addition and so easy and cheap to refill the bottles. We loved the spacious pool area with the tables and shade and loungers and the pool was amazing. The location was excellent for walking into Pernera for lovely restaurants and the Knights Bar. We were close to local shops for provisions. And it was a lovely 25 min walk along the coast to Protaras with all the bars and restaurants along the strip. We were within a 10 minute walk from a little sandy beach with water sports and shallow warm sheltered sea. It was an ideal calm quiet area close to great restaurants and lovely bars - great for us and two teenage boys! Thank you so much.

Pool was not fit for children, surrounding edging flags loose at the steps to the shallow end, others loose or cracked, shower basin outside was cracked, the pool was not cleaned twice a week as stated, he came on thursday but the pool was still laced with dirt and the loose grout. It was very cold too but expected. The Villa itself was filthy, we had to clean everything before use, toilets stunk of urine bowl stains, bed bugs in at least one of the rooms, TV did not work the duration of our stay, wires dangerously exposed, no Wifi untill wednesday when they payed the subscription, torn matresses, dead cockroaches under furnature, looked decomposed, cocodamol packets under the bedside cabinet the draws were filthy and stained. It had not been thoroughly cleaned as stated. Bbq unfit furniture broken torn or worn, we found an E-cigarette down one of the sofa cushions which had leaked all over the base, the widows looked like they were cleaned with a greasy cloth, so you could not see out. Door handles a d window handles falling off, patio doors did not operate properly, oven nobs broke or off completely, kettle full of limescale and broken filter, and the sink taps loose.Because we had no internet we did not get the keycode until we arrived - long after check in time, we were not sent the safe code as promised. We had to walk to Penera (free internet) to complain to the manager. The Villa is a health and safety hazzard, unfit for purpose we could not wait to get out

We also wish to clarify that all arrival details, including the villa information and access code, were sent prior to your check-in. These were delivered to both your VRBO inbox and your personal email address ahead of your arrival. In addition, we were advised that the review submitted was written out of frustration due to being unable to cancel your holiday. While we accommodated your request to move your dates, we do operate under a strict cancellation policy, which was communicated at the time of booking. We fully appreciate the inconvenience and disappointment you felt, and we are reviewing the matter thoroughly with our management team to ensure our standards are upheld.

We had been looking for a property in Cyprus and thought that the location of the villa was the ideal setting for our “place in the sun”. We love the area because of the climate all year round, the Cypriot people are welcoming and friendly and the driving is on the same side as the UK! We chose this area because it is quiet but is within easy access for more lively area’s if required. It is in walking distance to some fantastic beaches, restaurants and bars. Everything is nearby and there is something for all to do.

We have enjoyed great times in the villa and this part of Cyprus. We look forward to having guests stay in our home and have a professional and friendly management company that will welcome you at the villa, answer any questions you may have and provide assistance whilst you are there if necessary. We aim to make your holiday as stress free as possible, so that you can relax and enjoy the sun. On arrival a welcome pack is provided to help you out with the essentials for the first day.
