Ostimme huvila kesällä 08 täydentämään muuta omaisuutta Villa Limone (CY1103), joka on 400 m etäisyydellä. Villa on tehty mittavia uudistustöitä, uudet huonekalut ja kalusteet, uudet uusinta keittiö ja kylpyhuone, täydellinen redec kaikkialla! Villa sopii perheille tai pariskunnille ja on sisustettu erittäin korkeatasoinen, se sopii kerroit ympäri vuoden air con, joka lämmittää ja kaasulämmitin. Se tarjoaa tilavaa avo majoitusta. On suuri yksityinen puutarha off road pysäköinti, kiviä, istutus ja pieni terassi eteen ja laaja patio ympärillä altaan puolelle, jossa on paljon tilaa auringonottoon. Kaakeloitu allas on aurinko lämmittää mahdollistaa uinti suurimman osan vuotta ja erinomaiset näkymät yli Coralia Beach ja merelle. On kaasu grilli ulkoilmaruokailusta. Kaupat, ravintolat, baarit ja supermarket, ovat kaikki 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kuten myös maailmankuuluja rantoja. Bussipysäkki, jossa on säännöllinen liikenne Paphosiin ja vesipuistoon. Meillä on oikeus saada alennuksia monissa matkailukohteissa ja ravintoloissa

Great Villa

Great Villa, great location. Pool was so warm. Lots of towels provided. Lovely welcome pack with good quality products. A/C worked perfect. Hosts were excellent. Loved the see view from the balcony. Beds were very comfy. Lots of coat hangers. Will definitely book again.

Great property. Excellent communication from the host in terms of directions and on arrival plenty literature in the property. Great location, very secluded and quite, so close to all amenities. Met both the hosts who are really nice and so helpful. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would definitely go back.

Super Villa

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay - weather was glorious and the villa provided the perfect sanctuary for our family. Our group ranged from young children, young adults & my husband and I! Lots to do for everyone in the area! There is a supermarket, ATM & bar/ restaurant 150 yards away or alternatively you can walk 15 mins to Coral Bay strip. We usually caught the bus from outside supermarket (2) and then walked home. Lisa responded to any messages really quickly & nothing was too much trouble. Villa was as described, clean with lots of books & toys to keep little ones entertained when not enjoying the fab pool! We would definitely recommend and consider a return visit in the future! Thanks for having us!

Recommend and would return

Excellent location. Great features, facilities and equipment.Pool was good for dips abd would be perfect in summer. Sea was warm so temperature not a problem overall for swimming in area in general.Nice welcome pack for first days breakfast.Convenient location for beach and uphill walk to town.Recommended tours, restaurants were very useful and helped with discount on jeep safari tour to mountains.Overall a great week in easter holidays.

There was no air conditioning in the downstairs, ONLY the bedrooms. The ONLY thing you have in the whole of the downstairs is one floor fan. The villa looks unloved, grubby, dirty, with old & very tired furniture/furnishings. The kitchen area is extremely dirty as is the living areas & downstairs toilet, as our extensive photographs will evidence. The corner of the downstairs entrance/lounge is clearly a dumping ground for old,damaged & dusty items. A lot of curtains had awful brown water stains & there was dirt, grime & multiple cobwebs on ceilings, corners, skirting boards & crevices. The picture of the front of the house is either a different villa or is a very old image which has been reversed, again something mentioned by previous reviews. Children can easily walk down the side of the property from the pool area & open the front gate onto the street. There are exposed/ bare wires on the floor at the side of the house, these are right next to a selection of children’s floating aids and toys. We informed the owner early the next morning as is required & asking what she was able to do. The response we received was awful, not at all professional/helpful, & we believe was very aggressive. No attempt was made to even address the issues of cleanliness. Due to the awful aggressive response from Lisa, something other customers have also encountered, we feel that potential new customers should be aware/consider alternative villas.

Fantastic villa, just a very short walk from Coral Bay Beach. Very clean and tidy, also quite private which was a bonus!! Lisa and Felix were very helpful, arranged our airport transfers and a comfy apartment to stay in while we were waiting for our flight. Nice little welcome pack waiting for us which was a nice touch, and lots of info and tips on where to visit etc. Will definitely recommend!!

Lovely stay

The property was in a great location. A bit of a walk to coral bay strip with 2 young children in the heat but taxi super easy to get from Hotel opposite legends. The pool was nice Rooms to be expected for a villa with air con. One thing I would recommend is additional fans for the living area as the temperature was extremely hot due to heat wave and humidity for the time of year was unusual made it uncomfortable between 1pm and 4pm as we could only cool down in the bedrooms. The local restaurant were lovely, beach short walk and also very nice.

Great villa for a family

2nd time we have stayed here. Lisa is an excellent host and went out if her way to tailor the welcome pack to us because we have vegetarian family members. The location is perfect for exploring the west of Cyprus and we would recommend a good long walk along the coast stopping at the various Tavernas on the way to St George's. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great house and pool - very close to everything

We loved our stay at this house. Owners were very helpful and the kids loved the pool. It had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It would have been helpful to have a google maps pin to help find the house, rather than written directions, but we found it in the end.

Absolutely perfect

We had excellent communication from Lisa on how to get to the villa. On arrival the welcome pack exceeded anything I have had before and Lisa left a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday this was a lovely treat. The Villa was very clean and spacious with everything that you could need but a bonus was the water cooler this was very welcome. The outside had lots of seating areas and loungers. The pool was really clean and well looked after. The location was perfect for us as a base to travel from to other parts of Cyprus but with lots of facilities nearby a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the best supermarket Phillippos. We highly recommend a stay in this villa and look forward to returning next year.. Lisa and Felix are the perfect hosts they respond well if you need them and are very helpful but leave you in peace if you don’t need them.

Fantastic holiday

Lisa and Felix provided a service which we had yet to experience on a villa holiday. Food and drinks preordered so arrived to a delicious meal and some cold Keo to accompany it. The villa was clean and comfortable, we felt really at home. The location is ideal, close to the beach and local amenities. We are booked already for 2014, cannot wait.

Fantastic pool, great location

Enjoyed a 10 night stay & made great use of the fantastic pool. It was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was clean & homely. Fantastic location, minutes from the beach, mid size supermarket & local restaurants. We took a taxi to the main strip 2 nights & walked home (10 mins) when it was a little cooler! Communication with Lisa was efficient & helpful right from the beginning.

Great holiday

A great quiet location , lovely spacious modern clean villa ,with a fantastic swimming pool , all this is within walking distance to the beach , supermarket and local restaurants and bar’s. The welcome pack Is a nice touch and helpful after a late evening flight. Comfortable beds with good air con in the bedrooms. Outside space with plenty of sunny areas . Highly recommend a stay here .

Lovely relaxing Stay.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks over Christmas, the villa was perfect for our needs. Lisa & Felix were really welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had about how things worked. The villa has easy access to the beach and local bars & restaurants. The bus service is excellent so you don’t necessarily need a car. Unless you wish to travel and see more of the island. We were very lucky with the weather for December it was warm and sunny most days, cool in the evening but we had a great heating stove that kept us cosy and warm. Would definitely return.

Lovely villa , great location for a family holiday

Our first time in Coral bay and pleased with our choice of Villa. Lovely location just minutes from the sea and some excellent local bars and restaurants. The main strip is about 15 mins walk. Excellent comms all throughout the booking process with Lisa and Felix was on hand throughout the holiday if needed. We had a late arrival and had ordered some food and drinks from Lisa that were very welcome indeed. Thanks for making our family holiday so enjoyable.

Great Villa - Great People

This was a great find, six adults for a family holiday, and what a treat it was. The villa was well appointed with everything we thought we might possibly need. The location was ideal, in a small cul-de-sac that was a mix of both holiday rentals and residential homes, with shop, cafes and restaurants conveniently on hand. The beach within easy walking distance was a great asset. Our owners were extremely helpful, the meals Lisa prepared for us were very good and great value. We all had a great time and look forward to our return next year.

Relaxing stay

This is a lovely property, away from the main strip of Coral Bay, which is easily reachable by bus. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket just round the corner and several bars and restaurants nearby. The property itself has everything you could need for a relaxing break with plenty of outside seating for both relaxing and eating. The pool stayed warm for the whole of our visit, and was great with both shallow and deeper areas for the kids. The property itself is clean, tidy and well equipped. There are lots of books and games available, and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Lisa and Felix are really helpful, both in terms of communication before arrival and helping with any questions during the stay. Thank you for having us in your property, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else looking for somewhere in Coral Bay.

Villa not up to an acceptable standard in terms of state of repair/cleanliness

We stayed at Villa Finikia from 30 Oct to 13 Nov 19 and were very disappointed by the standard of cleanliness and state of repair. We usually book through James Villas but decided on a private rental this year. Firstly the pros – UKTV (however was temperamental and often buffered), lounge area was comfortable, Gas bbq. Now the cons – The villa was not clean. On entering, the floor was dusty and clearly had not been mopped in a while. Many lightbulbs were out. The door from the kitchen (facing on to the road) was single-glazed which to us posed a security risk and had no blind so we felt somewhat exposed. The dishwasher did not work properly– after 2 cycles, dishes remained dirty (this was reported and the owner tried to remedy to no avail. Unmatched crockery/glasses, insufficient cooking utensils – we had to wash everything by hand before using. Had to buy steak knives as none available. Cutlery drawer full of crumbs. Only 2 out of 4 slots of the toaster worked (however in fairness, the owner replaced when it was reported). The switches on the cooker hood were held up with duct tape. The bottle holder on the fridge door was broken, bottles would fall over when door was opened (light on fridge also not working). A pot we tried to use was greasy and had clearly been used on the bbq and was completely covered in charcoal and unusable. The oven was filthy and let out black smoke when trying to use it – tried to clean as best we could in order to use it. You shouldn’t expect on holiday to be buying scourers and cleaning products and spend time cleaning other people’s property. The oven tray was dirty and even had used and dirty tinfoil in it when we arrived.The windowcills in stairwell were covered in dust and dead flies. We encountered 4 large cockroaches inside the villa. The outside area was very badly maintained – 12/13 foot unkempt leylandii on both sides of the garden with the dead leaves on the ground not having been swept clearly for some time. Dead plants. Lounger cushions burst and badly in need of replacement. Broken cement/tiles around pool area. Would be a hazard for small children. The pool itself was cleaned once in 14 days!! Black mould was visible all around the pool tiles. Steps into the pool rusted. Pool lights not working. No outside shower so oil going into pool. Previous reviewer asked to leave when complaint made, we had no option to put up. Photos avail which can be posted to trip adviser rev pending owner's response.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! After our decision to emigrate and the rental going so well we started to look for another property, we found Finikia in 2008, a perfect location but a bit of a wreck, we took the plunge bought it, gutted it, new kitchen, bathroom, decor, furniture and now have rented it ever since!
The villa is a perfect location, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
