Shopping i nÀrheten i Holetown och ett brett utbud av restauranger ligger en kort bilresa bort. GÀsterna har gratis tillgÄng till strandklubbar i det nyrenoverade Beach House dÀr det finns en stor pool, direkt tillgÄng till stranden och en bar / restaurang. Nummer 14 upprÀtthÄlls till en hög standard och Àr elegant inredda i en bekvÀm modern stil. NedervÄningen finns takflÀktar i alla rum och luftkonditionerade sovrum. Great to be back at 14 The Falls

My wife and I just returned from another fabulous stay at 14 The Falls. Home is very well appointed with nice space to relax.Outdoor back patio is an oasis and great spot for sundowners or to see the monkeys early in the morning. Can highly recommend!!

Lovely property, beautifully furnished in a great safe location. Upstairs bedrooms are delightful - light and spacious. The Beach House pool is a wonderful place to chill, swim and have a cocktail at the end of the day. Would recommend staying at this property.

The location between Holetown and Sandy Lane was ideal. The air conditioning worked well for sleeping. Access to the beach and the beach club made the trip very relaxing. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful house in excellent location

The house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated and with everything you could possibly want. It was very easy to walk into Holetown in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was also only a ten mins walk away. Would definitely consider returning to this lovely property.

This house was really lovely, large rooms, very clean and attractively decorated

Fantastic holiday home.

Kerry’s house is a perfect base for any trip to Barbados. The house is spacious and immaculately clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and en-suites. The house is in a gated community and super secure. We loved the house the area the weather the beaches the restaurants. We will definitely be back to Barbados and if we can find dates when this gem is not booked we will be back here. Paradise.

Beautiful Home in a Tranquil Setting

Just returned from 6 weeks at 14 The Falls. What a gorgeous home with every amenity possible. The host was very responsive and has a great local team that answered all our questions and quickly resolves any minor issues. The pool/beach club is a nice bonus and the on-sight pool was fantastic. Its very close and was usually empty. Loved 14 The Falls so much we have already booked for next winter. Great location for your next vacation!

Lovely Home

Well located, just 10/15 minutes walk from Holetown. Nice and spacious and well equipped. Pool area was lovely and not much used by other residents so nice and peaceful. The Beach Club was very nice with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers. Nice restaurant on site. The security and other staff at The Falls were really friendly and helpful as was the housekeeper. All in all, a very enjoyable family holiday.

Well situated property near Holetown

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and the amenities at this location. Air con units in each bedroom which were also en suites. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Within a short drive to the grocery or the beach property. This was our first visit to Barbados and we had a fabulous time. Thank you Terry for checking in several times!

Understated, exceptional, classy

The photos we saw prior to booking were very good but they do not do the property justice. It exudes quality when you enter and does not disappoint throughout. We noticed that the listing suggested it had one bathroom which is incorrect every bedroom has an ensuite and there is also a downstairs toilet. The fittings, pillows, furniture are of a very high standard and I am extremely fussy and a bit particular about what I define as high quality. This is definitely not one to miss. Barbara the housekeeper was super helpful with organising a fishing trip and checkout time was also flexible. Location is exclusive and the communication throughout was faultless. Overall this was a five star accommodation and I rarely say this. If we ever come back to Barbados we would stay here without hesitation.

Even more lovely in person

We stayed at Falls in mid October and I have to stay it was such a lovely spot and so amazing it was even more lovely in person than it looks in the pictures. Easy to find and everyone so helpful from the moment we booked. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed. The house immaculate and such a restful spot. We had the pool to ourselves and also loved the Beach House and meeting others there. Snorkeling, diving and sightseeing filled our days and great restaurants at night. We will definitely be back. Excellent Winter Break

I recently stayed at this 3 bedroom townhouse on a winter trip to Holetown, and was very pleased with my experience. The home, which is located close to several highly rated restaurants and bars was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for my group to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our host, Kerry, was also fantastic. She was very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay in Holetown and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Peaceful relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in this property which is very close to the complex pool which we had to ourselves most of the time and the option to go to the Beach House was also very good with the choice of the beach and the pool and a place to buy drinks too. The house is in an ideal situation for Holetown and also for exploring the island. Evenings out to the fish fry and St Lawrence are also very easy and not too far. We had everything we needed and the housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very efficient and fans make sure sleeping wasn't a problem. There are also fans downstairs and our only improvement would be to have some air conditioning downstairs too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was just right for us.

perfect vacation

The villa located at the best part of the Falls, the garden and pool house were just as beautiful as the pictures showed. The decoration was beautiful and the villa was perfect for six people. The big bedrooms all had one bathroom each which facilitated our living. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having breakfasts or spend the evenings on the patio. The house cleaners and the manager was very dedicated in making our stay as good as possible and helped us to fix small problems immediately. The villa owners were easy to get in touch with and we really enjoyed having free Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth speakers during our visit. The gardens and the pool area were private walled which made us feel safe and relaxed when we entered the beautiful light area through the locked gate. The pool was beautifully lighted and it was the perfect size. The location was very good with only minutes walk to the beach and 15 min to the supermarket and Holetown. We spent three weeks in the villa and all of us loved everything about it. We highly and truly recommend this villa for your vacation in Barbados and we will come back for sure some day!

Barbados vacation - Sandy Lane

My wife, Karen and I enjoyed our stay at The Falls at Sandy Lane. The location was great for dining out, and the beach was in easy walking distance. The apartment and property was beautiful - very spacious, well appointed, and quiet - we enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was also very quiet and only steps away from the apartment. The staff was very polite and friendly - engaging in conversation with us during our stay. The owner, Kerry, was very communicative via Email to make sure our stay was a pleasant one, with recommendations on where to dine (The Tides, The Lonestar - two great dinning restaurants) and sites of interest (The Roundhouse and Saint Nicholas Abbey to name a few. If planning a visit and stay in Barbados, I suggest and recommend that you consider The Falls at Sandy Lane as your home away from home. Kerry is a very gracious host and will gladly welcome your stay. And if you need a taxi while your staying in Barbados call Diane - sorry I can’t provide her number for privacy reasons - but Gate Security at The Falls will gladly put you in touch with her. Fabulous house and great location

The house is amazing - everything we could have wished for. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The Falls is a peaceful, secure small development and well located. Within walking distance of the numerous restaurants bars and shops in Holetown and with bus stops a few minutes walk enabling us to easily get wherever we wished to go without needing a car. The small garden to the rear of the property was secluded and the patio area the perfect place to eat breakfast or relax with a glass of something cold in the early evening whilst enjoying the birds and family of monkeys we were lucky enough to see. The three bedrooms were beautiful with air conditioning and great en suite facilities. Plenty of storage space and coat hangers! The kitchen and living areas were very well equipped/furnished. Kerry was very helpful and communicative and the house guide was full of useful information about local restaurants bars beaches etc . There were beautiful beaches within walking distance or a short bus ride away and we also made use of the Falls pool and pool and facilities at the Beach House on occasion. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would love to return here when next in Barbados . It is a gem!

Beautiful house in a great location

We can not fault any part of our stay. We were welcomed on arrival by both the gate security our our house keeper. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The three bedrooms are all spacious with beautiful en-suites. It really felt like home for our fortnight. The beautiful garden space was wonderful to sit and enjoy Breakfast while catching the odd glimpse of monkeys and extensive birds. We was here during a rainy patch so to have the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer were a real treat, located in an enclosed utility area of the house. The beds were all very comfy and the overall decoration of the house is first class. The communal leisure area was superb offering a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Which we used almost everyday. We visited a lot of the restaurants recommended by the Owners and also managed a lot of others to. We loved De Outback and 1st & 2nd street on a Sunday night. We went to the races at the Garrison, rode horses on the East coast with Ocean echos stables as well as the harbour lights night entertainment show, we took in 2 boat rides and swam with the turtles. We had an amazing stay at The Falls and we really did have an adventure. I’m happy to be contacted to answer any questions. Thank you to Kerry for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We are a professional couple who bought the house as a second home for our family, friends and ourselves to enjoy as a holiday home. We love the island as do our daughters and we also have a 4 year old granddaughter who is getting very used to island life!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our relationship with Barbados goes back a long way, it was our honeymoon destination (long time ago now,,,) and whilst the island has seen many changes, for us it retains such a relaxing atmosphere that we never get tired of being there. We have tried to create this aura of relaxation in the house and we think of guests as friends in our home. Indeed the majority of our guests are repeat bookings and we have a number who have been staying with us for quite a few years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is furnished in a style that is personal to us and we hope you like it. We have tried to incorporate pale Caribbean colors with individual pieces like the shell mirrors made by me! The patio at the rear of the property looks over a gully that is quiet and cool. Its our happy place for a coffee in the morning and a G&T (or two) in the evening. Its a great place to see the monkeys swinging in the trees, the hummingbirds on the flowers and at night the fireflies can put in an appearance. Feedback from our guests always features the relaxing atmosphere, the close proximity to all the amenities and the fact that the house is so well maintained.
