Enjoyed the home and the Spring skiing!

What an awesome place to stay! The area is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by green hills and mountains and adjacent to the lake. So many local things to do such as hot springs (including the free hot springs), as well as day trips such as Mesa Verde, the D&SNG, four corners, Chimney Rock, the Million Dollar Highway and more. If you like hanging out at the house, they have a great deck with a wide view of the lake, you can try their paddle boats on the lake, play air hockey, cornhole, hot tub, or some board games. There's plenty to do. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. In addition to the usual ducks and geese and other birds, we had a fox visit, saw bald eagles over the lake, and plenty of deer. In fact, keep your eyes open on the road from town to the house, as you will see deer almost every time you ride on it. We literally saw dozens of deer during out 6 day stay and it is very likely you'll see them on the road itself. As for the owners, iTrip management has been extremely helpful and they are quick to respond to questions/request. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. You won't go wrong with this one!

Our third stay at this property as we waited for our home to be finished in Pagosa. Owner was flexible with our days and very accommodating! Great location and nice views of Pagosa Peak.

This home was absolutely perfect for my large family of 6 and two dogs. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare four large meals. There is one bedroom downstairs connected to the bathroom. The Queen bed downstairs was very firm and my wife preferred sleeping in that room. There are three bedrooms upstairs! The master has a plush king sized bed with plenty of room. The two additional bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed that is spacious. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and would be better suited for smaller kids due to the slanted ceiling. My adult son was able to make that room work. There is a fenced in back yard that is perfect for smaller dogs that don’t care to escape or jump fences. The outdoor area would be perfect for a cookout in the warmer months. We were only 45 minutes away from WolfCreek with dry roads. The views of the lake are gorgeous. The view of the mountains from the front of the house are stunning. Away from town and about 10-15 minutes from the Hot Springs. The dining table had plenty of room for dinner for 6 and card games and Mexican train dominoes after that. Communication was flawless with the host. Quick to respond via text and phone during our initial contact. The house was comfortable and the unique heating systems works great. WiFi was good enough for my wife and daughter to both work via computer for about 6 hours simultaneously. I highly recommend this home for a big family and couple of dogs also.
