The unit worked perfectly for our trip to Kona. Joann was great host quickly responding to questions. Bed was comfortable and greatly appreciated the fans. Kitchen had a the items we needed. Just bring your food spices and good to go. Property and pool area we great and the bbq's got our use.

Fabulous rental property close to amenities. Clean, beautiful ocean view. Just needed more toilet paper and laundry supplies for our week stay. Listing said air conditioning but we did not have any. However our host was easily accessible and very helpful. Kona did not disappoint!

Great location with an amazing view. Quiet neighbors, with great amenities! Nice pool with multiple grills on the property for use. Lovely unit!!

Excellent rental!

We absolutely loved staying here! Joann was very attentive to what we needed and our balcony looked out over the pool and the ocean. It was great having a full kitchen to cut down some cost. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Kona property

We really enjoyed our time at the Sea Village. Condo was clean and in a great location. Everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. Owner was easy to work with and responsive to our questions and needs.

Perfect place to stay

Needed to find a place on-Island when visiting family. This condo was clean, comfortable, with amazing view of the ocean. Condo had everything it needed for my stay, perfect place for me. Will definitely rent it in the future.

Home Away from Home

We felt very comfortable here. The place was clean, the evenings were cool with open windows (no a/c), the furnishings were comfortable, and the view was perfectly beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kona!

My partner and I had a fabulous stay at Joann’s condo. She was welcoming, the lanai was gorgeous, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals. Thank you again for a fabulous stay!

Big Island Vacay

We really enjoyed this property ... What a beautiful ocean front view! It was awesome watching whales from the lanai, seeing the sunset every evening and waking to the sound of big surf! We hope to return!

Fabulous location and vibe!

First time to Kona. Played lots of golf and did several of the marine adventures that were available. This property with its view and atmosphere were a delight to come back to every afternoon. The grounds, pool, barbecue grills were all immaculately maintained. Less than five minutes via car to the hub of restaurants and entertainment, the location absolutely could not been any better. We had family over for a potluck/barbecue down at the picnic tables and they were all jealous of our location compared to where they all stayed closer to downtown. It was a great vacation and this property was a highlight.

Wonderful experience

The location of the condo is excellent. In walking distance to shops restaurants and beach. Quiet property and we’ll kept grounds and pool area. The host was marvelous and extremely helpful I will definitely return.

We spent hours on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to town to walk in but far enough away for privacy. We would definately stay here again.

Enjoyible get away

Great condo and great location. Beautiful sunset views. Could see whales and dolphin from the comfort of the lanai. Condo well outfitted for your stay. Having AC in the bedroom makes it a comfortable sleep.
