Beautiful villa with stunning view over golf to ocean

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3 bed 3 bath villa in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland enclave with views over the 18th green to the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Exquisitely and tastefully decorated, and the housekeeper was incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

Stunning 5* villa with luxury facilities

Thank you so much for the privilege of staying in your stunning villa. We were blown away when we arrived, so much more impressive than the pictures led us to believe! The very talented owner has designed the villa to the highest possible standard and the 3 large double bedrooms are stylish, peaceful and so light and airy. The sofa bed, off one of the double bedrooms creates a 4th room and is ideal for children. The separate cottage, nestling in the beautiful bougainvillea clad courtyard, offers privacy from the main house providing peace and tranquillity. The two dining tables offer the choice of eating either in the dining area or alfresco on the terrace, likewise there is a sitting room with TV as well as the covered terrace, which also has comfy sofas and overlooks the 18th green and ocean beyond. The wonderful housekeeper will not only provide an excellent laundry service but will also prepare food for you. She is so good with children and will babysit by arrangement. She is a treasure and a much-appreciated addition to the Villa. We enjoyed the club facilities of the pool and tennis courts not to mention the rum shak! We used a first class taxi driver who chauffeured us around in his very comfortable Range Rover and was available at short notice. The famous Mullins Beach with its fabulous bar and restaurant is a short drive away. We were able to pre-book a speedboat and went water-skiing and snorkelling, which was great fun. My son especially enjoyed the tuition, which was also available. Holetown is a short drive away and has an array of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. This truly is a very special Villa and you will thoroughly enjoy everything this amazing Island has to offer!

They bought Alamanda Villa in 2010 and spent a year completely modernising the Villa with love and care. As any guest will see attention to detail is outstanding which offers a very high standard of accommodation.

The 2 double bedrooms in the main house have spectacular views over the golf course to the Caribbean Sea beyond, and the Cottage located off the Courtyard offers lovely views of the garden. The whole Villa is beautifully decorated with unique handmade items of furniture.

As this is our winter home guests are respectfully asked not to smoke and to look after it for us.

Located on the Private Estate of the Renowned Golf Course at Royal Westmoreland with its tennis and padel courts, pool, spa facilities, gym, and Mullins Beach Club, this stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated villa has 3 large air conditioned double bedrooms with en-susite bathrooms and walk in closets, 2 of which are in the main villa. The 3rd Bedroom is in the cottage across the pretty bougainvillea clad courtyard. There is a spacious covered terrace for outdoor living with dining and seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view over the 18th hole of the Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Inside there is an open plan sitting room, raised dining area and newly appointed modern kitchen. This villa certainly has the WOW Factor and is Highly Recommended!

The Villa comes with a housekeeper 5 days a week. Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi and Hairdryers.
A qualified chef and hairdresser are all available on request.
Golf discounts are available for guests at certain times of the day, this can be arranged at the Club House.
Mullins Beach Club with its outstanding restaurant and spa is just a short drive away. There is a shuttle service for this.
Airport transfers can be arranged, together with provisions in the villa for your arrival.
With effect from 1st May 2026 Royal Westmoreland will be operating a resort charge of approximately 200$BDS per week. This is payable directly to the Club upon collection of resort passes which entitles you to use all club amenities.
