In our house, fell like you are at home, with the comfort of a King suíte and an attached bathroom with garden tub and 3 more bed : queen bed and fully attached bathroom and kids rooms with 2 twin beds in each and their own bathroom to share. Enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa when you come tired from the parks watching our beautiful sky, maybe you can even see the Disney firelight's. Save your Money having breakfast and simple or elaborate meals in a fully appliances kitchen features all utensils and appliances to cook . Relax in a dining area open to the family room with cathedral ceilings, which features soft leather sofas, 55' high def cable tv and DVD player to kick back and enjoy a movie during happy nights. A beautiful gaming area featuring high def tv and an Xbox 360 with Kinect and game library! All connected to Xbox live! Huge Air Hockey table with scoreboard and best of all a full size Arcade Machine featuring 60 games to choose, from Pacman to Ms. Pacman and DigDug!! Free Calls to U.S. an Canada. The hot tub was awesome as well as the heated pool. Property management was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Lucia, the owner was gracious and very friendly. Truly a beautiful home that we won’t hesitate to return to in the future.

Perfect house in a perfect location

We brought our four children, nine to eighteen years old, and we all enjoyed the home. It’s comfortable and spacious, clean, and conveniently located. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the home had every little thing we needed for our stay, including a cooler for our days out! We visited quite a few local attractions and the home is centrally located so it was an easy distance to all the sights. And on the days we stayed in, there is plenty to do at the resort and at the home. The owner and property management was a dream to work with. Five stars, absolutely.

Great stay in Kissimmee

We stayed a month at this property and it lived up to its description. Enjoyed the pool and spa. The location was great. 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. The house was a little dated and the cooking items such as pots and pans need to be updated, but a great overall experience. We would rent this place again.

Fantastic Villa in an excellent location

We are just home from a fantastic 3 weeks in this amazing villa. We stayed as 2 families of 4 in each and the villa was perfect for us. It's a real home from home and has everything you need. The photos on here do not do it justice as it was much more spacious than what we thought. The resort itself was amazing to, we made use of the community pool and tiki bar. The resort is also so close to Disney and all the restaurants on the 192. Lucia was always on hand to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. We hope to return in the future.

Great Visit

After our previous vacation rental was suddenly taken off the market, my group and I had to scramble to find a new place. Wow are we glad we found this house, it put our old rental to shame! The neighbourhood is very quiet and easy to navigate, we loved having 3 bathrooms to spread out in and the pool was so welcome after long days in the sun. No facecloths are provided so bring your own or plan on popping to target to grab some if, like us, you like to wash your face at night. Communication with Lucia was prompt and she went above and beyond to answer our questions. My only complaint is that the house is already booked during the dates of our next trip! You won't regret staying here.

Wonderful

Had another great family holiday in this villa. Lucia, many thanks for sharing your lovely villa with us.The house was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Debbie and Duane Mansell (South Orange Property Services Inc.) who were a delight and replied immediately to any questions we had. Villa was first class, beautiful, spotless with fantastic amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. From first impressions throughout our full stay we loved it. It was spotlessly clean, pool was amazing and the kids loved it. There is nothing to fault about this villa, location was perfect. We would definitely visit again and 100% recommend it.

Great Holiday

Excellent home very close to the parks

This villa was very nice and close to everything. So convenient. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a long day too. I would happily recommend this villa to friends.

Love Emerald Island and this is a great house

The house was exactly as described, was very clean and a great size for our family. We enjoyed how close it was to Disney and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again for sure. We had a couple of very minor problems and the management came and fixed them the very next day which was great. Only suggestion I would have is a little more information on the cable TV etc. We don't have cable where we come from so some of the TV's we could not work out how to use. Also the computer game console in the games room we could not get to work, the roller ball to select games did not work but this was very minor and we enjoyed the other parts of the games room. The pool was a big hit and very clean and great temperature. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Vacations

Beautiful and secure Resort very near of Disney Parks. The house is very complete with all you need to cook in the kitchen and a games room to enjoy yourself after the Parks orcrelax in the spa.

Great location in well presented property

Recently returned from a great 12 night stay at this property. Firstly the booking process with the owner was simple and effective. All the information we needed to access the property on arrival was sent through in good time and was really easy to understand. The property itself was great with a nice sized pool and spa, good sized bedrooms and plenty of additional features incl games room. Emerald Island is superbly situated especially for many of the Disney Parks with Animal Kingdom just 6-8mins away. Getting to Celebration is also really easy along with loads of restaurants. Universal is further away but reached fairly easily on the main highway. The Villa felt very much like a home and a great place to return to for a swim and relax after a day in the parks. We would recommend this villa and the owner who provided excellent information and I am sure we will return before too long.

Fabulous Holiday Villa

We have stayed at Emerald Isle a number of times before in a different street, and has been unable to get the same villa. So we tried this one and we were not disappointed in fact we would rather use this one in any of our future stays. The Villa was very well maintained/clean and had just recently had new carpets and appliances. The listing was very accurate and the owner gave us great customer service and sent us lots of information about the villa and what was happening in Orlando when we were staying and what shops/restaurants were near by. We loved all the decor and the games room, which was used by our boys on a number of occasions. We had a issue with the pool as it wasn't heating up, and when we called they sent someone out that day and they arranged for a technician to come fix it. The resort it's self is gated and manned 24/7 and you need a swipe card to enter it feels very safe. However, the one thing I would have liked, that our other villa had was a safe, just to keep our valuables in when we were out. The Resort's club house has a small gym, sauna and a pool with a hot tub which we used when our pool wasn't working, the kids loved it as they met other kids and had more room to splash about in. :) I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends and hope to use it again ourselves in the very near future.

Amazing villa. Home from home.

Stayed for 12 nights in October. The villa was just as described. Photos do not do it justice!!!. You don't appreciate the advantage of being so close to the attractions, until you drive home after a long day. We found the owner really helpful and efficient. Can't say anything bad. Would recommend to friends and family, and will return!!

Great Memories

We were surprised as we enter in the Resort with it s beautiful gardens and ponds and after very grateful to be so near the Parks. The house was very comfortable to my family, very clean and we could enjoy the kitchen and the games room . The owner send previously our arrival some good list of rest and stores nearby. Just dreaming of coming back.

Bittersweet

Property was great, ideal location close to all the big attractions. House itself was lovely, great sized bedrooms and brilliant facilities. Games room kept us very entertained during the evenings too! However, it was somewhat soured for us by the owner of the property, making unfounded,false allegations so as to not give us back our security deposit, knowing full well we would be back in UK before we would find out. She has proved to be very difficult to deal with and somewhat pedantic with her arguments. I would recommend this resort to anybody, however maybe stay in a different property.

We like very much to receive reviews, until now only good ones that make us proud of our service and this first bad one, that can show us that we can and will improve the services and communication to our quests. To make the house more comfortable we have change the bedrooms carpets, put a new wooden floor in the dinning room,all new appliances in the kitchen and new wash machine and dryer. So we thank to Mr Mike to recognize our improvements. Unfortunately, when the cleaning team, that has been working with us for a long time, told me that they noticed some damage to the house after the guest left, we knew that it was not intentional. So We sent an e mail immediately to the guest, just to say that we would delay the refund of the damage deposit to see how much was the cost of the damage. It was the first time too that we would not refund the damage deposit in 48 hs. But, by somehow the guest fell that we were accusing them of something wrong (we sent photos), and not just a contestation of a non intentional damage. By now, we have already refund most of the damage deposit. Now we have learned one more lesson for our guests : that we always can improve everything, include our communication. Our guests are our medals and we will continue to fight to receive from them the gold ones. So thanks to spend your time to tell us that we can be better.

We fell in love with this resort as soon as we came for the first time : lot of beautiful flowers, lakes, children playing safely, a good clubhouse and a unique conservative area. So near to the parks, that you can even see the fireligths. The house is very comfortable and you can enjoy yourself even staying at home cooking, swimming, seeing a film in the DVD or playing an immense variety of games.

You are near of everything: parks, supermarket, shoppings, good restaurants and the main highways.
But when you arrive at home, you are in a haven for the agitation of the city !!!
