Our Villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, or a group of friends on an outdoor enthusiast adventure! Upgraded features include beautiful natural stone slate floors and granite countertops. The bathroom includes granite surround, jetted tub & separate showers. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a unique European breakfast nook for dining near the living room. European handmade Swiss hardwood chairs, large crown molding & European inspired fireplaces for a relaxing and memorable experience.

KITCHEN: The large kitchen is all equipped with eight settings, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the appliances you will need for your vacation.

LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.

FIREPLACE: Gas fireplace available for use November-April.

ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor.

~ CHECK-IN/HOUSEKEEPING ~

Guests have access to resort facilities, can enjoy keyless check-in, and have 24 hour access to customer service but do not utilize the hotel staff if needs arise. Property Manager will be the primary contact, front desk staff will not provide customer service.

We ask that guests review check in information sent prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check in experience. To provide optimal privacy to our guests housekeeping will not access your villa for daily room cleanings, linen changes, towel changes, etc. If a need should arise during your stay, please contact the Property Manager directly, not the front desk.

Wonderful Family Fun!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, it was perfect for us and two children. We would love to stay in Villa 1058 every time we come to the Zermatt! We really liked the two pull out sofa beds, as well as the King bed and jetted tub in the master suite. We used the full kitchen to prepare all our meals which allowed us to have quality family time together. I would have liked it better if the doors to the master suite and the master bathroom had locks on them, but really that is such a small thing compared to all the great things this Villa had to offer our family.

The properties are nicely architected and built. That's where the nice experience ends. The "villa", which is more of a condo, was very smelly upon entering at check-in and dirty - the middle of the room was cleaned with the dirt around, dirt and hair in the drawers, et cetera. The WiFi signal is very poor, making it impossible to use mobile over WiFi (and the mobile signal is not sufficient to have a phone conversation out of the "villa"). A text message inquiry to the property manager about WiFi went unanswered.

family get away

upon arrival we were all totally happy with the room and ease of being able to go directly to our room. around bed time we decided that the house keeping was lacking though. crumbs and nut shells found in bedding of a pull out bed that hadn't been changed since who knows when. the microwave vent had been broke off prior to our visit and just set on so it fell when we opened the door to it. however the pool and spa were fantastic. parking was a bit hard to find with piles of snow blocking a third of the lots. the location was great and easy to get around to nearby stores and attractions. overall id give this visit a 3.5 - 4 stars out of 5. Pretty Good weekend! plus the price is pretty good.

The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The amenities on the property (restaurants and whatnot) were also quite nice. However, maintenance seems to be something of an issue: * It wasn't possible to get a "hot" shower. Morning, evening, or middle of the night, the water temperature varied and never got above what we considered warm. * The bearings are failing on the jacuzzi tub pump. It still pushes water around, but the motor makes so much noise that it is unusable. * The maintenance crew needs to think about guest comfort. At 22:30 on Sunday night we heard a loud banging and on investigate found a maintenance worker installing a new lock into the door of a unit across the hall with a hammer and chisel. To his credit, he apologized and stopped, but this is the first time I've ever hear loud maintenance work on a Sunday night.

Zermatt Needs Upating - Noisy Room

The Management company for this unit is great to work with and very accommodating. The villas which are personnally owned need updating. The hotel is renovating which makes the condition of the villas more apparent. The equipment in the fitness center is very old. The restaurants on the property were decent and reasonably priced. This villa is easy access from the parking lot but also makes it a much noisier location. In addition to being right off the entrance it’s right next to the ice machine. You can also hear the people upstairs. There are two hide a beds which are some of the nicest we’ve seen and we travel a ton. I love lots of light. Other than the kitchen the rooms felt dark to me. Having two bathrooms was nice. The cabinet door was missing on one of the doors. The floor in the kitchen and entry is slate. When I wiped up some drips on the floor the paper towel was really dirty. I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the floor. It doesn’t show the dirt but it’s dirty. With some updates the room could be great except for the noise. I am used to hotel noise but this was noiser because of the carts and luggage on a slate floor entrance right next to the room. If you are up early, gone all day and back late it’s a perfect room.

Excellent size and quality for the price

This location was perfect for my and my husbands' needs. Overall seemingly well maintained property, and I would stay here again if I were ever visiting the area in the future. I would have given 5 stars, however, when pulling back the sheets to go to bed on night one, I accidentally pulled back too many layers and noticed that the bottom layer of sheet and mattress pad had lots of what looked to be animal hair. Pulling back further, there was a stain/spot of some sort. I got the impression that the bottom layer of bedding had not been changed recently. While I would generally have given less stars because of this, I texted with my complaint and someone came within a short time and re-made the entire bed. The follow up saved at least one star. Other reviews had complaints over noise. I did notice a little noise, but nothing more than what you would expect to hear in any hotel/apartment/condo/etc. When you are in close quarters with shared walls, noise is to be expected.

The room was great! Huge, clean, well stocked, full kitchen and had everything we needed. The smaller bathtub was slow to drain, but we had the master so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the walls are very thin! You could hear every time someone was in the hall and basically every word they said. We were only in our room at night and it was mostly quiet after about 11:00 pm. The resort is great with lots of fun things for kids (goats, carousel, pool, bakery, mini golf). We loved the room and resort but just wish the walls kept out sound better.

Perfect for our needs

Kyle’s condo was just as described. It was perfect for our short time in Heber. We were there for a baseball tournament and had 2 of our 5 kids with us, so it was great to have enough beds for everyone and 2 bathrooms so we weren’t all trying to use one bathroom at the same time was even better. We will definitely stay here again!

Zermatt is not being managed and maintained as it once was. The Villas are like two star motels.

We have been Zermatt fans from day one. However, it is no longer being managed and maintained properly. There are so many different owners, VRBO properties, etc. that you never know what you are going to get. Our rooms (We had six rooms) were not ready when promised. The carpet and furnishings are getting old and dirty. The rooms weren't very clean. The miniature golf course is unkept and unusable. The swimming pool was closed when we wanted to use it because too many people were in it. Maybe you need another pool. Where was the Swiss music, the cow bells, and the men in Lederhosen? We were quite disappointed in comparison to past experiences at Zermatt.

perfect relaxing get-away

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary right before Christmas. By the time we get to this point of the year, we are ready for lots of rest and relaxation. This was the perfect place! We lounged around, warm & cozy in front of the fireplace, binge watching shows (internet worked great), made simple meals and enjoyed local restaurants for dinner. The pool was great! Most of the time we were the only ones in it and we also enjoyed relaxing in the waterfall hot tub. The bed was very comfortable, the place was very roomy and had table seating for many. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a romantic or family get-away.

Zermatt resort needs some TLC

Our condo was great and the pool was fun. There is very little security and the grounds needs some updating. The miniature golf was awful and the hot springs were embarassing. Overall a good stay for the price and a fun new adventure
