This charming condo is located on the 8th floor. & has huge over sized balcony that can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom. The views are breathtaking!!!!

Kitchen has granite counter tops & upgraded kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal. This unit also has kitchen bar with seating for three & dining room table has seating for four.

The gorgeous living room has a 55 " wall mounted flat smart screen TV with Blue Ray DVD. Also included is queen sleeper sofa, & two chairs that make into a single bed. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player, king bed with beautiful furnishings. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed & 32" wall mounted TV & Blue Ray DVD player. The unit has washer & dryer in the laundry room.

Ariel Dunes resort is one of the newest condos in the area. It is 24 story tower with two huge pools over 11,000 sq ft. The pools includes one heated pool, mushroom fountain, and jetted water features. The Cabana Cafe is the ground floor has a full service restaurant & bar. Thursdays, Friday , Saturday nights & Sunday Brunch please treat yourself to some awesome music and entertainment. Family atmosphere & they love the the kids to join them on stage.

Excellent property! Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach access was a short walk. Both pools were very nice and clean. Julie made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. We will be returning to this property.

Access to the facility was easy. Not difficult to find regardless of which entry you used. Did not need to use the facility transport devices but plentiful were available. One day prior to leaving for the trip, we were contacted for the need to be assigned to another location on the same property. In my opinion, it was a better deal than our first choice. The view was beautiful and open. Lots of things to sit and watch from our balcony. Notified Julie that the t.v. remote was not functioning and 15 minutes after our dialogue, the situation was remedied. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The room reflected the property's cleanliness. Restaurants, shopping, and other available amenities were easy to reach in the area. Quiet nights, well-lit parking lot with ongoing security checking who's coming in and out of the property.

Very cute, great views

Communication was easy & efficient. The place was great! Clean, well appointed kitchen to make all our meals, huge patio One hard bed & one soft bed with 2 pull outs so lots of sleeping options. Really nothing bad to say!! Would stay here again for sure!

My family and I loved this condo. Checking in was easy, code was emailed to me and it was that easy. The condo was a short ride to the 8th floor and it was beautiful and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. A very short walk to the beach. The balcony had a beautiful view and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Looking forward to our next trip and we hope this unit is available because my boys loved it so much, they have requested we always stay here.

Somewhat disappointing

Condo was nice, clean as pictured. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet tissue. Kitchen not equipped with sponges or dishrag to wipe down counters or wash dishes by hand. Not even a limited supply is spices or salt and pepper in the kitchen. Pool Not heated until October water was very cold and no umbrellas provided or allowed for shade. Access to beach requires long walk, crossing highway to public beach. Deck furniture needs to be replaced the wicker is unraveling but the view is beautiful.

Hi- I am glad that you found the condo to be nice and clean with beautiful views. We do provide dish towels, dish washclothes, and a scrubbing sponge. I am not sure why you did not see these items. Re: spices and consumable food items, we don't keep open food items like that between guests for sanitary purposes. The road that you cross to get to the beach is the old beach road which is a 2 lane and 25 mph road popular with golf carts and bicyclists so it is very pedestrian friendly. Comfortable and quiet

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Destin this week. The property manager/owner were very responsive though out our stay. The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it. However, when we alerted the owners they were quick to bring us a new air mattress and additional blanket to use during our stay since the bed couldn’t be repaired until later in the week. My nine year old loved the air mattress!! The condo was very clean and we felt comfortable during our stay! Although not directly on the beach, a beautiful view of the beach can still be seen!! The short walk across the street to the beach was not a problem for us. Can’t wait to book it again!!
